We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. So beautiful and relaxing, our dog loved it too. Everything we needed was provided and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is near lots of outdoor activities plus easy to visit our relatives. We will definitely be back!!
Patti and Dick were the best hosts, so kind and friendly. Checking in was very simple and easy. The location was enchanting on The Rouge River. Our cottage for four nights exceeded our expectations. Very cozy, clean with all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking tranquility, peace and quiet. Our dog was also very comfortable.Arlene & Frank Schaeffer
Slightly tricky to find. We figured it out. I think the only thing that wasn't great, was the shower head. Hit me right in the throat without being able to adjust it. The owners were super friendly people and we had an incredibly beautiful stay.
It was clean and quiet. Fully stocked kitchen that included coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oils. Everything you need for cooking. Bed was great. Pleanty of pillows, towels and blankets.
Secluded riverside cottage with a 8/10 mile private road through the woodlands good for a morning run or evening walk. Fishing was excellent. Cozy place.
We had a fantastic 3 day stay! The cabin was everything we expected and more. We had a brief power outage the 2nd morning which wasn’t an issue. We will be back!!
We really enjoyed the serenity of this property; it was close enough for us to take an easy drive to Crater Lake and still be home in time to use the charcoal grill to make dinner and eat by the river. Also I highly recommend going into Central Point and having grilled cheese at the world-famous Rogue Creamery!
The cabin was lovely. Very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. The property was as described. The only problem I had was with MapQuest took me past the driveway, but once I figured out what was happening, I was able to find the correct entry.
So grateful for the quality of this place that takes pets! When someone is staying in the Lodge next door it’s good to at least meet each other, and cooperate to share the outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for everyone. Lovely part of the Rogue Valley.
