Villa del mar is one of the best house in Stintino. Deluxe villa surrounded by the sea and with an unforgettable view of the gulf and the village of Stintino. Carefully tuned natural products such as Stintino stone, juniper wood , terracotta floors are used in the building. The plain whitewashed walls help to illuminate these materials. Some rooms give onto the 18 by 9 meter large swimming pool, with direct access to the sea. Big fanced garden with electric gate (8.000 mq). Outdoor Jacuzzi, Soccer field, basket, billiard room, tennis table, beach tennis field and beach volleyball field.

+ Utomhusmiljön var fantastisk, stor djup pool, blommande trädgård, precis vid havet. Kontakten med förvaltaren var trevlig! - Inne i huset var det en unken doft. Köket kändes ganska ofräscht.
