Welcoming,well ordered and very quiet mazet

we had a very pleasant stay in this very quiet mazet(small provençal country cottage) with all the confort to rest it and have a good Holiday in five minutes of the magnificent beach of Nartelle.We are very well accueilli by a sir for a delivery and the visist of the rent. We wold rtecommed this rent to friends who would stay in the Ste Maxime. Excellent restaurants by the sea and city center with shops and selection of restaurants in 4 Kms Ste Maxime is a cheerful, alive and very pleasant town.

Logement situé à proximité de la mer

Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Parking privé et accès direct à la plage de la Nartelle. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour avec toutefois un petit regret : le manque d'entretien du jardin ! A cette période, les locataires apprécieraient un extérieur propre et bien entretenu.

Gemütliche schöne Wohnung mit wundervoller Terasse

Unsere Urlaub im Juli-August 2019 war sehr erholsam und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist nicht gross, ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Mikrowelle ist ganz neu. Herd hat zwei Platten, reicht aber für Urlaubsmenü vollkommend. Kühlschrank ist gross genug und in Gefrierfach passen 2-3 grosse Packungen Eis. Klimaanlage ist unverziechtbar bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Abkühlung nach dem Strandaufenthalt hat uns sehr gut getan. Das Bett und Sofa sind sehr bequem und bieten genug Platz für je 2 Personen. Das Kinderzimmer ist etwas klein, zum not können dort aber zwei Kinder schlafen. (Unsere Tochter schlief dort alleine). Allerdings bietet auch Balkon (mit kleinem Blick auf Mittelmeer!!!) genug Platz für eine Lüftmatratze (was wir auch gemacht haben). Strand ist 200 Meter entfernt. Ist natürlich genial. Kann mann problemlos hin und her laufen))))Wir sind zwei mal zu unseren Lieblingstränden gefahren, aber 1,5 Stunden Fahrt (und das bei guten Ortkentnissen und nur 15 km Entfernung) sind mir einfach zu viel. Das Strand vor der Tür hat letztendlich uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Mit Bus kommt mann nach Saint-Maxime, Saint-Raphael usw. Ist günstig und scheinbar sogar pünktlich. Haben wr aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Ein kleiner Laden befindet sich in 800 m Entfernung (bis zum grossem Kreisel und dann noch 100 m dem Meer entlang). 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Da kriegt mann alles nötigste. Auch leckere frische Baguette!!! Und eine preiswerte wunderbare Pizza !!! Sehr zu empfelen. Und ein Spaziergang am Meeresufer entlang um Baguette zu holen habe ich jeden Morgen richtig genossen!!! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermittern lief super. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Danke!!! Schlüsselübergabe usw. war auch top. Eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Die Terasse ist noch zu erwähnen. Gross.Mit Sonne und Schatten. Grosser Baum mit Grillenmusik ( was für mich immer Urlaub bedeutet). Supergemütlich und erholend. Einfach nur wunderschön. Alles stimmte in diesem Urlaub. War einfach schön. Wir würden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

Reihenmittelhaus mit hinten liegender Terrasse, sonnig bis halbschattig. Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill, Sitzgarnitur und Liegestühlen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Abgeschlossener PKW Stellplatz 50 Meter entfernt. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Feriengebiet, bis Ste Maxime zu Fuß ca 40 min, Fahrrad 10 min, allerdings über die Küstenstraße ohne Radweg. Zwei Schlafräume sowie das Bad im Obergeschoss, Wohnraum mit Küche sowie zusätzliches WC im Erdgeschoss. Entfernung zum Sandstrand ca 200 Meter. Das Haus eignet sich für Strandurlauber, Familien und Leute welche den Trubel Tag und Nacht nicht benötigen. Nachteil, bedingt durch die Lage im Feriengebiet, Bäckereien sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fussläufig nicht „mal eben“ zu erreichen, aber man hat ja Urlaub! Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, bei der auch der Kontakt zu den Besitzern sowie zum Ansprechpartner vor Ort problemlos verlief!

Der Aufenthalt im Appartment war sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Gegend und war nur einen kurzen Weg vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Es gab 2 Toiletten (Erdgeschoss und 1.Stock) und eine sehr gut funktionierende Dusche. Das Schlafsofa im EG sowie das Doppelbett im ersten Stock boten guten Schlafkomfort. Die beiden Klimaanlagen sorgten für angenehme Temperaturen, während wir unterwegs waren. Sehr erholsam empfanden wir die große Terrasse mit den beiden Liegen, einem großen Tisch und einem Wäscheständer sowie einem großen Baum, der Schatten spendete. Sehr wichtig war auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz für das Auto, der sich in der Nähe (50 m) befand. Die Begrüßung, Einweisung und Verabschiedung durch Herrn De Thezillat war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Auch die Abwicklung der Buchung mit FeWo direkt, der Kontakt mit der Familie Sanderson, die Zahlung sowie die Rückerstattung des Kautionsbetrages verliefen ohne Probleme. Das Appartment ist also sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub!!!

Schönes kleines Reihenhaus mit einer großen (umzäunten) Terrasse! Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit dem abschließbaren Parkplatz auch ganz in der Nähe ca.40m steht das Auto auch sicher. Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der schöne Sandstrand ist nur ca.200m entfernt! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat für uns sogar ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl organisiert! Einfach Top! Sind schon das dritte mal in Sainte Maxime gewesen und das war auch sicherlich nicht der letzte Urlaub hier!

Mazet idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage de la Nartellle. Location conforme à l'annonce au niveau des équipements, vaisselle en suffisance, (le tout propre), barbecue, parking privé. Un lave vaisselle aurait été un plus. Pas de commerces de proximité. Je recommande cette location.

superbes vacances au bord de la mer

J'ai passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce mazet. Il est très bien situé, bien agencé, très propres. Le jardin est agréable, surtout le barbecue à charbon. La plage est grande, il y a assez de place pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Seul petit bémol, il n y a pas de boulangerie à proximité : il faut prendre la voiture. Je recommande cette location

Location Mazet

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce joli petit mazet qui a plusieurs atouts de charme: une grande terrasse avec des transats et un barbecue et la proximité de la plage de la Nartelle! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Lovely Holiday

Lovely quiet apartment with a great terrace with tiles as floor with was easy to clean and you did not get sand and dust into til living room. Super. 250 m to a lovely beach, where we went almost every day. Everything worked as we needed insite and outsite aswell. The owner is very nice and gentle and speaks english like an english. We will absolutely recommend this apartment. best regards Soren, Denmark

"Excellente location, très agréable de part sa proximité vis à vis de la mer (250m), et sonconfort. A deux pas du centre ville (quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo). Le mazet se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Il dispose de la description exact figurant sur l'annonce. La terrasse arborée, en plein soleil la journée dispose d'une zone d'ombre. Elle a été le lieu de repos privilégié lors de nos vacances. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne nous ayant remis les clefs. Location que je conseil sans hésiter...!!"
