Property was private, well maintained, and very clean! Lots of nice little amenities like makeup remover wipes, lotions, and real coffee cream cups! Kitchen well stocked, beds super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend!

Beautiful view of the lake and forest. The rooms were very clean and a/c worked great. We enjoyed the fire pit and pier very much. The only thing missing was a couple of extra blankets since the weather was cool.

This property was just as described and supported our family trip perfectly. We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s over the years and this was amongst the cleanest. This property has stunning views of sunrise, sunset, as well as the night sky. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Courtney is a wonderful host! The house is beautiful with stylish touches and comfortable accommodations. The property has he most serene view of the pond, especially in the mornings with coffee! We will definitely being staying here again when we come to Griffin to visit family.

Stayed here for my wedding weekend with our wedding party. It was the perfect spot to have everyone together before and after the wedding! The property was beautiful with a large pond right on it. Instructions were perfectly clear, and it was a beautiful, isolated spot to spend time with friends and family.

We were back for our second visit to the Addis Acres properties, this time to the smaller 2 bdrm Ruth’s Cottage. The location and amenities meet our needs perfectly with amenities included from coffee to kayaks. My husband loves to run in the morning, and this property is perfect for him. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful sky and lake views. In addition to the many wild geese which frequent the lake, this time we also spotted an eagle, an osprey, and a magnificent fox squirrel! Ruth’s Cottage is tranquil, clean, safe, and comfortable with an easy check-in and out experience at an affordable price. We are grateful for this place of respite and the convenience access it provides for us to visit family in the area. Thank you!

The cottage was extremely beautiful and clean! The pictures do not do it justice!! It was cozy a great fit for my family and myself (my husband and our adult and teenage sons)…the atmosphere/pond/view was amazing! The location was great! Easy check-in and check out! The property has was so beautiful and peaceful. We stayed here for the weekend of our son’s wedding. The cottage was perfectly appointed, we had everything we could have ever needed. The place was super clean, thoughtfully designed. We’d love to come back and use even more of the amenities this place offers. Kayaks, fire pit, tons of outdoor seating.
