Feel the peaceful Beach Cottage Vibes in this cozy and quiet 700sf Mid-Century Lake Cabin & BRAND NEW Studio Bunkhouse on Newman Lake. Snuggle up next by the fire or pop down to the beach and dock with amazing fishing! Easily sleeps 8 with comfortable queen bed, queen hide-a-bed, Twin Daybed, Twin Floating Loft Bed and Full size Japanese Sleeping Mat. Kitchen and Bath have been updated and whole cabin is wired with high Speed Wifi. Your outdoor space consists of an enclosed deck w/gas grill.
Set amidst the cedars in a lakeside homeowners association- this little cabin has the distinction of being the closest original 1939 structure to the lake. It has no neighbor on the south side and is adjacent to a large triangular field with a fire pit. Walk 100 steps and you’re at the water. A sandy beach and dock await you as well as a playfeild, swingset, volleyball court and covered boat house.
Miles of hiking and biking trails are right outside your door and proximity to the Idaho border means you can see another state with only a 20 minute commitment.
It’s an outdoor enthusiast playground with 50 lakes within 50 miles.

This sweet tiny cabin has been in our family for almost 20 years. My sons both caught their first fish here and we have known countless sweet memories here. We love sharing the magic of the Newman Lake area with people visiting the area. So close to everything and far enough out of the way to provide that coveted quiet in a hyper-connected world. Relax. You deserve it.

Absolute coziness just 100 steps to the waters edge. For a lake cabin, it’s remarkably easy to get to any time of year. Roads are always plowed and safe. We’re part of an HOA that provides peace of mind and shared services and amenities like a park like setting with gorgeous grassy areas, a private beach and play area and a helping hand should you need one.

What makes this property unique

Of the original 1939 structures remaining on this old bible camp, we are the closest to the beach and have no neighbor to the south. The perfect blend of access and privacy.
