Newly renovated studio with a fully renovated bathroom and kitchenette, new tile floor, and modern appliances, this space offers comfort and convenience. Only 4 blocks from the beach and very close to La Placita.
Since there is a club located downstairs, it is possible that music from the club may be audible in the studio until 2:00 am on Friday's and Saturday's only.
