This was a nice complex close to the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The host for this unit was very helpful and responsive. However this particular unit needs updated and a deep clean.

Beach Getaway

The location was amazing. The pool was clean and just a minute walk to the beach. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Easy drive or walk to the stores and restaurants along the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo, complex pool and pet spaces were great! The only thing we were not prepared for was the trek to the beach was longer than we expected, but once we got there, it was wonderful. Definitely bring a wagon!

Everything was as advertised. Clean, great pool, plenty of parking, nice walk to the beach. Lots of supplies, but could have used a couple more wine glasses. Beach is gorgeous. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Neighborhood is gorgeous. Make sure to read your entire reservation for information about the codes for the entrance gate & the beach gate. They are slightly different codes. I know the owner has no control over this, but the upstairs neighbors get up at 5am & are very noisy until about 6 when I guess they leave for work. Just bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

It was exactly as it was described. Fantastic host! He worked with us from start to finish. He is going above and beyond by sending something we forgot back to us! It is a beautiful complex, very well kept up, clean, great for dog owners, and a fantastic pool. There were brand new charcoal grills to use. The location is great as it is in a central location on the island. It is true that the beach is a bit of a walk from the complex. It had rained a lot before we got there and there was some standing water on the trail, but, it was slowly drying up as the week went on. A new boardwalk is being built to make access easier. There is a public park close to the complex with plenty of parking available. I was very impressed by how the host had the condo set up for our comfort. It was very peaceful and quiet, so nice to relax there. We met a lot of nice people staying there. Again, we were very happy! We hope to return to this place again.

Condo exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for what we needed. I also love that it’s pet friendly. Very close to all the happening things to do downtown. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but pretty much anywhere in St. Simons is. Owner answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was very helpful! Plan to stay again in the future!

Amazing stay

The stay was womderful and the place and the host was amazing. My only complaint was that it was a little farther from the actual ocean than I originally thought. I had had a tendon injury prior to coming and was only able to go out a couple of times because it hurt to bad to walk, other than that it was amazing, and had that not happened it would have been a fine walk. Definitely would recommend.

We had to get the gate code from a guest entering the property as it wasn’t provided and we were standing outside the entrance, trying to get in! Also weren’t given the gate code to enter property from the beach. The sheets/linens/towels were tired and worn out. The “fitted sheet” came off during the night EVERY NIGHT! Toilet paper was so thin we used our own. The living room furniture not “Beachy” and tired-looking. Pool area was nice and outside was well-kept. We took our small dog and many others had pets as well on property.

The codes are in two places. There is an "access" section that is provided via this web site. Everyone uses the same Gate codes and then the Front Door Code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. This is all written in the "access" section that everyone who books on here can see. I also send the codes via direct message so you can get (and have) them twice! The cleaners have multiple sheets/towels they use. I will ask them to look to see if any need to be replaced as we constantly replace them as needed. And the living room furniture rocks! Very comfortable couch to sleep on and it looks awesome! Glad you liked the outside pool area and landscaping!

Comfort is St. Simmons

First and foremost, the gentleman I rented the condo from was above 5 stars. He communicated in a timely manner and answers any questions. Even when last minute changes on our scheduling end had to be made, he accommodated our needs as much as possible. The condo is very clean with adequate provisions. The location is great as it is close enough to most restaurants and the pier. However, the location also allows for peace, calm, and privacy if preferred or needed.The beach was wonderful and not too crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

It was rainy most of our week, not anyone's fault. But what made that an issue was the path to the beach needed raising up so it wouldn't pond and puddle. One of our 2 sunny days I just stayed at the pool to not risk falling while carrying a load to what is a long walk.

This condo is in a great location, a close walk to the beach. The complex was very peaceful, very little noise.There are many restaurants close to the condo. The pool area is very nice and short distance from the condo. The grounds are well maintained.The owner, Bobby was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.The unit does need some updating.
