Unidad 7302 cuenta con una vista al mar y comodidades impresionantes. Situado en la parte delantera de la playa del condominio Aquatika complejo, esta casa de vacaciones ofrece un alojamiento excelente y capacidad para hasta 8 personas.

Paso hacia el balcón frente al vidrio para ver el océano y la piscina principal, que están a sólo unos pasos. Nadar en las muchas piscinas, incluyendo un Río Loco o Crazy River. Salón en la zona de entretenimiento club de la casa, jugar tenis, baloncesto, voleibol de playa, o mini-golf.

¿Necesitas un descanso del sol? A continuación, relajarse en este condominio limpio y contemporáneo con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, TV de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones, televisión por cable, WiFi gratuito, leer o jugar un juego de mesa!

Excellent stay, we really enjoyed our time here. The condo was well equipped with things we may need and it was clean. The over all resort area was great the private beach was nice. The pools were clean and warm. The lazy river was closwd the entire stay but other than that we had a great time.

Condo was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen has updated appliances which was nice for eating in. Plenty of linens, beach and pool supplies, and kitchen utensils/cooking needs are provided. Proximity to beach and pools was great. Enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts with our teens. The pools were a little dirty, but that’s to be expected during an off-season when less staff are on duty and we expect this type of thing when traveling during this season. Property manager was amazing! He came out to meet us after a late flight and walked us to our condo around 1am. He checked in with us to make sure everything was to our standards throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this location to families!

This was a fabulous place to stay! Check in was easy, JC was available any time, and the beach access was phenomenal! Great location to San Juan and the Rainforest. The unit was very clean and had everything we could need or want. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Review of Stay

Juan Carlos greeted as upon arrival and was very Welcoming - the condo was lovely and was just as described in the photos - the view of the ocean was Beautiful and The kids loved all of the pools. We were able to relax after our busy days in PR - Will stay here again in the future!

Great unit and location

Laura (owner) and JC (property manager) were wonderful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out. The property had everything you could need in visiting PR. Beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. included. The unit was clean and fully equipped. The view was gorgeous, warm pools, inviting beach and more. Book and relax.

Would stay here again

I would have liked more restaurants closer. Not too much of a selection inside 20 minute drive. The condo was great. The grounds, pools and beach was 10/10. The putt-putt is out dated and needs repaired. I always felt safe. I would recommend to family or a friend.

Spring Break 2025

We had the best time in Puerto Rico. This condo was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. The beds are comfortable. Everyone had enough space. The kitchen is very functional. Everything you need is included such as beach chairs, tennis rackets, basket ball. Juan Carlos made the check in process so easy. The location was easily drivable from the airport and a great home base to check out the east side of the island. Also was easy to get back to San Juan for dinner, exploring. We had a wonderful experience. If you are thinking of renting, highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo, Stunning Property, We had the BEST TIME

We had the most wonderful time staying here in the beautiful Aquatika Condo 7203. The condo is gorgeous, there is a TON for the kids to do (pools, beach, mini golf, playgrounds) and it is steps to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The host was so kind, communicative and honest and when we arrived, Juan Carlos was amazing. He was waiting when we arrived and got us in so easily. Answered all of our questions and just made the check in and check out smooth. We would come back in a heartbeat. This property is beautiful. It's perfect for families with kids and the security is top notch. I cannot recommend this place enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our vacation was amazing! Thank you again for making our family vacation so special.

Excellent location and nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and functional. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Having beach chairs and towels was quite helpful. The pools were great, we used them in the evening after our day excursions. El Yunque is not far from here. We found plenty of places to eat nearby. We felt completely safe staying here.far from here

Wonderful Condo with View of Ocean

I would highly recommend a stay at this amazing condo. The view of the ocean is awesome from the balcony where you can sit & have coffee or a meal. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need to cook and eat in for meals. The host and the property manager are excellent! They were readily available and eager to help make the stay perfect. We really appreciated all the great beach chairs (and lots of toys if you have children staying in the condo). They also have many games in the condo. The condo and the complex are beautifully maintained. It is a short walk through the gate to the semi-private beach where you can swim or just sit and enjoy the ocean. The beach is 90% used by the complex and it doesn't really connect to other beaches in the area (at least not while we were there with the tides coming in), so you can't walk for long walks from this small semi-private beach (but was never crowded because of that too). We slept well in the bed and found it comfortable (even though we were used to our own plush pillow top mattress). The heated pool near the condo was wonderful and we used it all the time. There are also other pools and hot tubs. The pool shaped like a river was being renovated and it is not a lazy river, but a river shaped pool and was down towards the other end of the complex. Security is 24/7 and you must wear wristbands. I don't think you can find a better condo/manager/owner in this complex then this one and the other one owned by this owner.

Great for Family

JC, property manager was excellent to deal with. Resort worked for all of us ages 69 to 9 years old. The location was great for accessing all that is available on the eastern half of the Island. 2nd time at the resort and likely not our last!

Horrible area and cleanest of the condo

When I read reviews before making reservations, it gave the impression that it’s an excellent place to stay, not true. Prior to the condo, the neighborhood was horrible. Upon approaching the condo while traveling there it was very secluded and scary. When we approached the area, we came upon a lot people hanging around very loud and noisy. When we arrived at the condo,the place wasn’t as clean. Bed sheets we unsanitary, kitchen utensils weren’t clean, place was very uncomfortable. Next day when my family went out to the pool, the water was steaming hot, like a sauna, just horrible. When my husband and I walked over to the so called private beach, it wasn’t private.I experienced outsiders which made my husband and I uncomfortable. We immediately called the manager and checked out. We were supposed to stay for a week, we only stood for a day and left. Horrible experience.

Family stay at Aquatika

This condo is in a great location within the complex, and it is well equipped with kitchen supplies and bonuses such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and sporting equipment for use in the complex. The property manager was quick to communicate, and made the check in/check out process easy. I would definitely recommend this property for nice amenities and convenient location to several attractions on the north east side of Puerto Rico such as El Yunque, bioluminescent bay in Fajardo, and Old San Juan.

The unit was great — completely met all of our needs for the week (extended family of 7 w/2 kids) The host has everything you need for a beach vacation - towels, chairs, toys, floats, coolers and more. The property was good — it’s a bit older and due for some refreshing (ie painting the buildings). The pool areas have very limited seating — the one I went to most frequently only had 3 chairs. The other weird thing was certain amenities were not open or available every day. Everything is open it seems Thursday - Sunday, it appears to be much busier on weekends. The beach area was just okay. There was a bit of a hill to get into the water. And while we were there we experienced fleas (or something similar) in the sand a few days. Nothing terrible just annoying. The property took security very seriously. The surrounding area seems a bit questionable—but in our travels we never encountered any problems. JC is the local constant who met us to take us to the unit — he was fabulous and available 24/7 if we needed anything. Overall I recommend this property for the value — if you want a luxury experience this is not for you. However if you want a lovely, well appointed unit with an ocean view — definitely consider this place.

Wonderful welcoming stay

Everything was excellent including communication leading up to the check-in. The condo was exactly as described and Juan Carlos had everything set for us and provided us with extremely helpful information about the area, including recommendations. Loved the view and felt safe and comfortable on the grounds. Great stay for the entire family!

Perfect in every way

Beautiful and safe property! Excellent communication with the property manager, can text or call him anytime! Great location at the resort, close to the big pool and beach. The condo has everything you could ever need, loved having washer and dryer. Only cons about loiza in general is not alot of restaurants near by or they are closed half the week. Apple Maps would say a place is open and we show up and it’s been closed since before hurricane. Overall a great place, would stay again.
