Beach Side Home amusant et abordable à moins de 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage

Notre maison de plage a été récemment rénovée, propre et équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Courte distance de marche de la plage depuis un quartier calme sur le trottoir. 2 chambres ont de nouveaux lits queen size la 3ème chambre est mis en place avec 2 lits jumeaux. Entièrement équipé, vous pourrez manger dans la cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable comprenant un lave-vaisselle, un four à convection, un four à micro-ondes, une machine à glaçons, une cafetière et une machine à cappuccino / latte. La salle à manger séparée peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Serviettes de plage, chaises, boogie boards et basket-ball, et vélos fournis. Près de Splash Park à la plage ou Lenox Park dans le quartier. Stationnement hors rue. Profitez de la grande douche extérieure fermée après une journée à la plage.

Perfect place!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the hosts. This was easily the most well equipped vacation home I’ve ever stayed in, it literally has everything you could need, just bring your food! Location is perfect, right near the beach, restaurants, gas stations, whatever you could need is right down the road. Highly recommend staying here for your getaway. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you guys for everything.

Great little beach house close to everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. It was clean and had plenty of towels. You can walk to the beach in about 10 min. We drove on the beach though for $10 a day since we had a lot to carry. Easy to walk downtown. Beds were very comfy. Debbie was a pleasure to work with. If we're ever in the area again we will be back!

Bright and cheerful, clean and nice. Lots of room. It was great to have the bikes, especially to go to the brand new Landshark Tiki bar down the street overlooking the beach! Great spot! The house had loads of towels for the beautiful beach just two blocks away. Dog park right around the corner as well. Many thanks!

Great home - close to the ocean and Embry-Riddle

We were visiting my son for parent's weekend at Embry-Riddle and it happened to be Super Bowl weekend too. He came over a lot and we visited him on campus. The house was perfect for 4-6 people and we had a couple more over for the big game. It was great to watch it on that 55" TV in the living room. Awesome kitchen with plenty of utensils, pans, pots, etc. My parents were with us and they are tea drinkers - there was no tea pot so we picked one up and left it with the house. We walked to the beach and saw the sun rise on many days - long walks down the beach and we were close enough to Kennedy Space Center to see the Falcon Heavy launch on 2-6-2018 - we drove down south to get closer and actually were right next to the SpaceX party! All in all a great week and could not have done it without this gem of a home.

Great location

Great location near lots of amenities. We walked to the beach every morning to enjoy the sunrise. The house had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving meal.

Perfect experience!!!

The pictures in the posting do not do this house justice. It’s beautiful and even equipped with all the beach bum essentials. Walking distance to just about anything you need or want to do during your stay. Loved it and will definitely book again for our next Daytona adventure.

Location and charm!

You could not ask for a better location. The house was clean and charming. I stayed with my 3 teenagers and it was comfortable and easy to locate, parking was off the street. This is a lovely, older, restored home. It might be best described as a "cottage". The AC and all appliances worked wonderfully and was even vented to the back room which was probably a converted sunporch. Beds in 2 rooms are full-size, twin in another, and in our family, we can't really manage to sleep together on full size (which wasn't a problem based on our occupancy, but my oldest couldn't join us, and that probably worked out better). The only thing that might make this place better is an extra half-bath, but it is as cute as a bug's ear and for 4 people, was perfect.

Perfect location in Daytona

We had a great time staying at this house. It’s about 2 blocks from the beach and we ended up parking at the little splash pad park most days. The beach chairs, beach bags, and towels came in so handy every day. We loved having 3 bedrooms to spread out. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with easy in and out to get to the beach, the mainland, or head north/south to visit other parts of the coast. We used the kitchen every day to save money on meals. The host provided access to so many things that made the trip easy. We really enjoyed our vacation there!

We are Bill and Debbie Hold. We currently live in Northwest Georgia . We have 3 children and a granddaughter. We have been coming to Daytona Beach for over 30 years. We made our home truly a home away from home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do .

We bought this home as a future retirement home and have been working toward making it a comfortable place to vacation as well. Come see what we are talking about. It is convenient to dining, shopping, fishing, the farmers market, baseball park, library, main street nightlife, marina (we are sailors) and of course the beach and boardwalk.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the home's many windows and charm of yesteryear and as such have tried to maintain that feel. We have updated the bathroom fixtures and the kitchen with stainless and black appliances. New central heat and air . The neighborhood is a mix of Spanish style homes, a couple of Victorian homes and other beach bungalow style living.
