Location is fabulous. The place is located within walking distance to everything. It was easy to find. The air conditioning works well. I think it needs a few items to make it stand out, such as wine glasses, wine opener, spices for cooking, but overall it was great for a few a long weekend.

Walkable Auburn Spot

Stayed for a swim meet over the weekend at the Auburn Aquatic center. We’ve stayed other places but nothing as “walkable” to the downtown activities as this place. The location was great and parking was easy.

Overall, the property and the host were awesome. One opportunity for improvement would be the check in process. It was unclear to me in the instructions on where exactly the entrance and the keypad associated with the entrance were located.Also, where to find the dumpsters might be helped by utilizing landmarks instead of just saying to the right of the building. "Right" can me tow different directions when looking at the building from opposite directions.But yeah, beyond that the place was rad.

The property was nice and taken care. But the kitchen was not equipped well enough. There were not salad bowls, cooking trays for oven, not even a wine opener, etc. very limited. On the contrary, bathrooms were very well equipped. Beds supper comfortable.
