It is a simple, clean, comfortable, easy to access and charming. The views of the surrounding areas are stunning and the front porch is a plus. Left there rested, clean and happy.

i love this place. out in the middle of nowhere (but close enough to town), it was so quiet and peaceful. the night sky was amazing as there isn't much light pollution. nice porch with swing and table. there was everything i needed for a comfortable stay with my australian terrier, mackay. if i am ever in the area and need a place to stay, this is definitely it.

i love this place. it's in the middle of nowhere, but easy to get to. it's quiet, very little light pollution so the night sky was amazing. i travel with my australian terrier, and the farmhouse is pet fiendly and was easy to attach a cable to tie her out.

Just such a cozy, warm & homey stay! Loved the front porch and the location was everything. So so beautiful. Had just what you needed to feel relaxed & calm. Highly recommend.

Super cool farm house! Fully furnished, beautiful views & has a double car port. one bedroom has a queen and a twin and the other has a full and a twin, worked out perfectly for our needs! Would definitely recommend!

This is a very peaceful and quiet location. It's a little over 5 miles from Interstate 40. The front porch swing in the evening is so nice. Rustic but clean. It was perfect for our unique stop on our way home from a long road trip.

Peaceful Ranch House
Our family of four (ages 2-76) enjoyed one night in this quaint little house with all the historic, yet comfy, feels! The beds were perfectly comfortable. The living room seating plentiful. The thoughtful host had stocked the kitchen with coffee and other hot drink choices, and the fridge with bottled water. We didn’t spend much time outside enjoying the spacious front porch and porch swing because it was cool and windy, but it was fun to hear the cows mooing nearby while walking our little dog on the property. If our travels across country take us through Shamrock again, we would definitely go back to the ranch!
