The space
Quiet you can hear. Lush trees, birdsong, and a chorus of bullfrogs. The gentle sound of the fountain at Tom’s Farm. Built in 1908, this farm has been in the same family since 1947. The home is both historic and chic. Walnut panelled dining room from trees on the property. Winding oak staircase. Outside- two porches for your coffee or evening beverage, a grill and a firepit.
This whole house offering has four bedrooms, king, queen, full, and single each with an additional queen size futon in the living room. Two bathrooms, one on each floor provide shower and clawfoot bathtub. 3 bedrooms have doors directly accessible to the bathroom while the 4th requires walking through one of two others, or a trip downstairs.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher provides a suitable spot for a gourmet creation! The gas grill and fire-pit extend your enjoyment in evening hours, accompanied by the fireflies and sounds of pond life.
This property offers the best of two worlds. Imagine an immersion in nature with the charm of Conneaut Lake, the long-cherished small-town-on-the-lake destination only 3 miles away. Travel only 8 miles to Allegheny College in Meadville, or 20 to Pennwest Edinboro or to Pymatuning State Park popular for boating and fishing. While you stay, consider a trip to Lake Erie where you can beach or bike at Presque Isle State Park. Between Meadville and Conneaut Lake you will find award-winning breweries, a winery, trendy restaurants, meade, adorable coffee shops and golf courses (as close as 3 miles away!).
You’ll know you are close when you cross the little bridge with the sign “Tom Etter bridge”!

Guest access
Guests have access to whole house with living room, den (with futon), formal dining room with seating for 8, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, two staircases, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and antique clawfoot tub), two porches, large lawn with room for badminton, croquet, makeshift baseball, and more. Firepit, and grill all within close proximity to the pond with fountain.
Parking in designated area off driveway. Guests do not have garage or barn access.

Only dogs 25 pounds or under permitted on the property. No other pets, please. No cats due to allergies.
