This studio apartment is attached to a single-family residence that also acts as a short-term rental. There is a private entry to this apartment at the rear of the house. There is a white fence at the end of the driveway and the apartment is located behind this fence. The space features a smart TV and guests are able to log in to their own streaming apps to enjoy watching TV. A kitchenette is included featuring a coffee pot, refrigerator, cooktop (4 burners), cooking utensils, and dishes. Shampoo,c onditioner, and body wash are also included. For longer stays, laundry service can be arranged for an additional fee.
