Beautiful Ocean Views from both the first and second levels of this home! Book your 2026 beach vacation week(s) now, before peak weeks are taken! Sheets and Bath Towels provided with the rental, but please bring your own Beach Towels. This Boar’s Head home has plenty of space for all and has beautiful ocean views from both levels! The house is in the perfect location, with walkable access to two beaches...walk down the hill to peaceful North Beach in just 3 minutes, or to the sands of Hampton Beach in only 10 minutes. The walk to the bustling Hampton Boardwalk gives access to many restaurants & shops, a long sandy beach, and arcades! This beach haven is nicely appointed with two flat screen TVs, wireless internet, AC, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and ceiling fans. There are 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a finished basement that the kids will love, where there is a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV and lots of games. There is also a lovely backyard with a deck, grill, and tables & chairs to dine outside or relax! Plus an outdoor hot/cold water rinse station to clean off all the sand from your day at the beach. Two assigned parking spaces. NOTE: A small, well-behaved dog may be considered with PRIOR approval from owner. Absolutely NO SMOKING & NO CATS allowed due to owners' severe allergies. ALSO AVAILABLE FOR A “WINTER” RENTAL LEASE for the off-season (mid-Sept thru mid-May). Economical gas heat w/ 3 heating zones and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy! Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
For any beds used, pls leave comforter at foot of beds, so cleaners know which beds were used. Cleaners will strip the beds. Pls keep unused beds made so cleaners know they don’t need to be changed.
Please start a load of bath/dish towels in the washer…please make sure not to overload the machine, just however many will fit in loosely would be a great help…thanks!
Please make sure all toys are put away in an orderly manner so that pieces aren’t lost and so that other kids can enjoy them! Parents pls help kids with this to make sure…this is greatly appreciated.

Wonderful Beach Home @ Boars Head

Our family enjoyed our stay at this well cared for beach home in the beautiful, quiet, Boars Head neighborhood. We enjoyed a relaxing time with all the amenities and a short walk to North Beach. The owners live in close proximity making it convenient to communicate with any questions you may have.

Great Beach Vacation

The home is very pretty ( like the quintessential beach cottage my Nana had) and larger than I expected. The back yard was great for my grandchildren and the beach is very close. Get to the beach early, though, as parking fills up fast! We got is down to a science and had a wonderful time.

Perfect Location

The house is situated in a safe, clean, and beautiful neighborhood centered between two beaches ( it was a surfers paradise when we were there). The house itself was clean and well maintained with ample room for two couples. Patti is pleasant and easy to work with and would definitively stay here again.

Great Location

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. North Beach was a short walk away and Hampton Beach was also very close. The neighborhood was beautiful. The property owners were very accommodating. The only downside for us was the lack of parking but the owners were able to provide an additional space. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Our family of 7 had an amazing week! The house was so clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. Great location, wonderful ocean air, very friendly neighbors, and so close to the beach and all the fun Hampton attractions (though not noisy at all). Annual family beach vacation

The Beach Box on Boars Head in Hampton was a great place for our family. The place is well kept and afforded plenty of room for all of us- 7 adults, 4 kids. The yard was great for the kids and the neighborhood is relatively quiet! The Spooners are very accommodating and were there when we needed them. Although the north beach was closer we spent all our beach time on the main Hampton side where the tides did not interfere with our spot!! We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the Beach Box as a wonderful vacation spot. A big thank you to the Spooners who took very good care of us!

Beautiful community

We had a wonderful small family reunion and gathering here. the house was spacious and super clean and very comfortable. It is a great spot for getting long walks on North beach and being close to many of Hampton Beach’s places to eat and play! It does say ocean views as opposed to ocean front, it is not ocean front. The ocean views are very limited as it is across the street and behind other homes from the ocean. The owners are wonderful and keep this home looking great inside and out. I would definitely return to this lovely, clean and quiet area again!!

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

We checked in Friday, with our daughter and a couple of her friends. Patti, the owner was very proactive in communicating ahead of our arrival, she was there to check us in and was available during our stay, just a couple doors away. The house is in a great quiet location, with an easy to walk to the beach. The home is beautiful clean and has good interior space, there are lovely sea views from a couple of the bedrooms and from the living room. There is a small lovely shared yard, to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. We had a great long weekend and look forward to coming back. Thank you Patti!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time staying in Hampton Beach at this beautiful home. Just a short walk to a quiet beach for morning and evening walks as well as afternoons at the beach. Despite the weather the kids went into the water everyday. We loved the closeness of the house to the beach. Owners were very responsive to our needs/concerns and extremely helpful in our preparations for our stay. I also appreciated the person conversations with Patti regarding the property. She was very helpful. Thank you for making your lovely home avaible for my family to use on our vacation. We look forward to staying here again. Also, the house was exactly as shown in the pictures! Lovely home

Clean lovely charming home - owners very accommodating and live 2 houses away. Beautiful Ocean breezes & front of house on 1st floor whole wall is lined w slider doors to view the ocean between houses in front if you 2 front bedrooms have view of the ocean & beautiful ocean cross beeezes ( four nice bedrooms in total w sleep sofa in basement) Nice large living room & kitchen w all u need. Nice family room downstairs w another TV & games for kids - beach chairs & boogie boards & sand toys too. Nice shared green outdoor space shared w connected houses in back yard- neighbors friendly Down side: is only 2 parking spaces -extra might be avail w owner but not the week we were there 4th of July - overnight guests cost 120 for parking per car in a few parking lots driving distance 20 mins w summer traffic… Be prepare to walk 8-10 mins w little kids walk to North beach We prefer less seaweed & rocks on the Hampton Beach side- 16 min walk to get past the rocks & def need a wagon to pull everything a family needs for the day at the beach if you don t want to fight traffic driving everyone down to the spot on the beach u prefer. To walk to Hampton Boardwalk arcades etc was a bit of a stretch w small children if everyone is walking…. But you will get your steps in over 12,000 - 20,000 we did in one day… or choose to drive & pay for parking again… But overall really enjoyed our stay there in a beautiful neighborhood w quiet lovely nights & no loud traffic or noise…

Beach Box

The only downside was having to pay for linens , and once we did, we had to make our beds once we got there. Very strange . Also, the fact that there was only one shower for our group of 8 made it quite a challenge. At least there was plenty of hot water. I understand these are older homes , but for a rental , it seems as if another shower would be a good investment.

Boar's Head retreat

Home was great for my 3 generations of family. Close enough to the beach and minutes from the Boardwalk. Only things that could have made it better for our family was a larger backyard for the kids to play. Yard is shared with several families though we were the only ones out there enjoying it. Appliances at the house were not the best, but we worked around it. Unfortunately family members came from different areas with their children, so parking cars was an issue, but again, nothing that wasn't worked out.

The location is great with easy access to all the local beach amenities. The away from the strip neighborhood is very clean, safe and quiet. The house is comfortable with everything you need and superb views and breezes! Patti is a few steps away and always willing to help with anything. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property Near Ocean

The house was just as described (and better in my opinion). It had everything we needed for a wonderful week vacation by the ocean. Patti is a very pleasant woman and I really enjoyed meeting and working with her and her husband. I also adored the neighbors that lived next door that were so kind and inviting. There were 7 people in our party (myself, husband, 4 year old son, my mom, dad, brother and sister) and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean inside and out and had all the amenities needed and many more. I look forward to having our vacations at this location for many more years to come. A pretty house with a pretty view

We enjoyed our week at The Beachbox. The house was well stocked for family fun with games, books, toys, movies, etc. We enjoy cooking and did so regularly as well as grilling. Family visitors popped in and visited here and there and we appreciated the extra parking provided by the owners. My sisters and I loved being able to take morning walks to the nearby North beach and longer walks to the main beach. The kids had so much fun at the beach playground, arcades and had their share of pizza, fried dough, and ice cream. On our last night we feasted on lobster down at Little Jack's on the rooftop deck with a nice ocean view. It was a memorable week we will always treasure. The Beachbox was a comfortable place to relax and spend time as a family.
