OCEANFRONT Kaunis ja hiljattain remontoitu yhden makuuhuoneen yksi kylpyhuone Condo, Queen size nukkua sohvalla, mahtuu 4 henkilöä. Yhdessä upea paikka, ranta sää, ja upea auringonnousua, tämä merenranta perääntyä Mukana kätevä ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ulosmarssi oma terassi, joka on kiinnitetty Bethany Beach Boardwalk. This is a cute albeit small one bedroom unit. The location is fantastic. Located near the end of the boardwalk but still within easy walking distance to restaurants and only steps from the beach. The bed, while only a double, was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Dianne provided clean bed linens and bathroom towels which we didn't expect. The unit worked out very well for my wife and I. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed two nights. They gave half roll of toilet paper. Even hotels provide more than that. When I called the owner, he told me go buy some. That to me was not acceptable. This place was expensive . We had take time out of our vacation to get toilet paper. The shower was great. Bedroom was too small, the 2nd person had literally 3 inches to get on the bed. Over kill on wall Decorations. No room to put our suitcase. . Very crowded with furniture. On main level of building. Outside lock box was rusted and super hard to open/close. Outside plug was not working. For this price get you can get bigger place. Kitchen was great, lots of nightlights inside was good, lighting was good inside. Too small. They can at least provide complementary tea bags. Enough dishes . Little things like toilet paper and bathroom supplies goes a long way for a pleasant stay. I think tea bags/coffee would have been a nice touch. Hotels provide that too for the price we paid and we went off season in October.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing such detailed feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the shower and the kitchen, and I appreciate your comments on the size of the bedroom and the layout. I’m sorry that our call left you feeling I did not care about your stay, because that was never my intention. Our listing notes that paper products are not provided, but I understand that running short of toilet paper is a real inconvenience when you are on vacation. After we spoke, I called around to find where you could buy some and phoned you back to let you know where in the town which is a 5 minute walk along the boardwalk.. Your suggestion about tea and coffee is appreciated as well. The lock box was serviced and lubricated by myself about a month ago, but I will check it again to be sure it opens easily. Thank you again for staying with us.

I hear that they cancelled the fireworks this year, I've seen them quite a few times over the years, Oh, the celebration! And, great to watch them from the comfort of the deck. (Avoiding the crowds!) You're right about walking to everything, park for free, (in the most expensive empty lot on the eastern seaboard) and forget about the car! Thanks for the 5 star rating and the great review! A few steps to the beach....

This is a very clean property and had everything we needed for our vacation. The porch and picnic table were a nice place to eat some meals and relax.

Great location

Unit is small but well equipped with everything you could need. Very clean and pleasantly decorated. Location was perfect for beach access and short walk to main boardwalk area.

Boardwalk Access

Loved the location. This is a great place for two. The front porch with direct boardwalk access is fantastic. Plenty of parking for guests. Will definitely rent again.

I bought this property because of its oceanfront location, town proximity, and safe and serene area. As a young adult, we always met at First Street and Oceanside, just in front of this small condo building. I have a 1972 Polaroid picture of my friends and I with the small Bethany Breakers condo building in the background. Harvey, god rest his soul, used to chase us out of the outside shower. It's a beautiful location, renovated with love, and my renters affectionately refer to it as, "a little piece of paradise." It was simply meant to be.

The building was recently renovated with all new Hardieplank siding and Trex Transcend decking -- My coveted last coup as the President of the HOA. It's referred to by locals as the "Taj Mahal of Bethany Beach." This condo is on the first floor level, with sliding glass doors that step out onto the deck. The outside picnic table makes for the perfect hard shell crab feast! The deck is attached by a short walkway directly to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. The views of the sunrise are spectacular. There's nothing better than the sound of the crashing waves, and the cool summer breezes off the water. A great place to relax and enjoy.
