The patio has a golf course view. A fabulous place to spend months at a time—explore beaches and waterways to Marco, 75 to Tampa and Miami are a short trip adventure away. Rent a boat and enjoy life! The Strand is near Seed to Table, the preserve, and access to 75 within a secure gated community. E-Check is always available which carries no processing fees. Note, this home does not have a golf membership to transfer, only social membership. HOA application required.
