Great house for families

Our boys loved having access to outdoor games and the parents enjoyed the welcome snacks.

Any reason why we didn't deliver a 5 star review? We didn't charge you for the extra guests which should have been $20/person.

Great house for a Sarasota Vacation

The property has a lot of unique features that accommodate different events. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to try out all the amenities, but the house was very spacious and everyone got to relax without bothering each other. Great for a family or just friends.

AC struggles to maintain a cool temperature during the day. The host didn’t respond when I mentioned the AC was struggling to hold temperature. We came across 2 cockroaches on the coffee maker and under the kitchen sink. The refrigerator wasn’t fully clean neither was the trashcan. The washer somehow turned white clothes into a light yellow color.

Perfect For What We Needed

We found the location perfect for what our plans were during our stay. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The pool table was nice for indoor activities. Also the mattresses were the most comfortable I’ve used in a long time! Thank you!

Great Location

Perfect Sarasota/Siesta Key getaway. Although on a busy street, road noise was almost non-existent from inside the house. House was exactly as pictured and was spotless when we arrived. We enjoyed the outdoor area having a small family gathering utilizing the grill and fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped. This house is conveniently located to all Sarasota has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Did not respond for over 13 hours. My food spoiled in the fridge because the host didn’t make time to communicate whatsoever. The place is beautiful but why aren’t we making sure that our appliances aren’t working before putting our property on listings? I feel like I should be reimbursed for the food that went bad.

House wasn’t ready

We arrived over an hour after check in to find the house hadn’t been cleaned. Bedsheets weren’t changed and no extras available (or we would have changed them ourselves), no clean towels, kitchen wasn’t clean. Owner did arrange for a cleaner to come.
