SPANISH SUNSET - Private Pool and 24/7 Support During Your Stay

This wonderful 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home in the West Haven area is just minutes from Disney & Champions Gate shopping area. This home is absolutely perfect for families. The home has two large lounge areas for everyone to spread out and relax. The upstairs Media/Games area includes a 75” Ultra High Definition TV with direct access to the internet, Netflix premium and Prime. There is also a Foosball table, exercycle and cross trainer. The upstairs also have a separate game room with a billiard table.
The Epic Universe Grand Opening is just around the corner — the new Universal Studios theme park!

Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms for guest convenience. The other two bedrooms upstairs have separate bathrooms making it easy for everyone to quickly get ready for a fun day in Orlando.

The large fully equipped kitchen area is perfect for entertaining with a large island counter with bar stools in the middle. There is also a dinning table for 8 people as well as additional dinning area pool side under the lanai.

The enclosed pool area has privacy fencing.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

The home fits ONLY TWO cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed within the West Haven Community.

Great 50th Birthday Weekend

We loved the property. Our only suggestion is to purchae better pillows for the beds. We will definitely book again.

It was clean, the area was pretty, we have stayed at many different houses over the years and this one was definitely a better one. The only thing that would've been nicer was if the hot tub would've heated up faster

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we were notified the a/c unit wasn't properly working. They got someone out right away to fix the issue. The house was very spacious, clean and accommodating. It took us a while to get the tvs working with the wifi but we had to unplug the roku in all rooms and plug them back up and then they all connected. ONLY downside for us is the game room is small and it made it hard to play pool with minimal space. Overall we all loved the pool and the amount of bathrooms. We would book again if in Davenport.

Family vacation from Pittsburgh

Our family enjoyed our stay in Florida at this property. The listing is even nicer in person. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. There was enough room for everyone to have some personal space as well as family time. Check in was fast and easy. I reached out via email and the property manager answered within hours. The property was in a very convenient location. Easy to get to the parks and Cocoa Beach and C as pe Canaveral. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house but needs updating

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house 9 years ago and loved it that’s why we used it again. Was disappointed that I had to call maintenance twice - once because the TV in the master bedroom downstairs didn’t work and once because the garbage disposal didn’t work. Maintenance was quick to come and fix everything so that all worked out. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, carpets were awful and we had a 17 month old and a four year old with us so there was a lot of floor time. Curtains in the dining/kitchen area had a big stain as did the valance in the downstairs master bedroom. Bathroom counter in downstairs master was dirty when we arrived. I also found it odd that every bedroom in the house had comforters on the beds but the master downstairs only had a sheet and blanket - like it was incomplete. It would be nice if they supplied pot holders and kitchen towels - we spent a lot of time at the house and both would have been a wonderful asset. Foosball table is outdated and falling apart so that was disappointing. Not a single thing has changed in the 9 years since our last stay and it showed in the wear and tear. If updated this house is a wonderful place to stay.

Nice Gated Neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was good. We absolutely loved the pool area. The best pool area thus far. The house needs to be cleaned a lot better than what it was, so the prior reviews were correct with this. We brought our own cleaning stuff as we always do just incase. I would consider and suggest adding an ice machine to the freezer. The ice trays were dirty as well. We ended up buying ice. The parking could be better. The garage was locked so we couldn't access additional parking near the house, so just know to only travel with 2 cars,or risk the chance of your vehicle being towed. You can park at the clubhouse but it isn't near the house. We had issues with the entry pin about 2 nights in, but the staff was great with assisting us. The previous trash bins hadn't been dumped, so we had limited space to dump our trash. The recycling bin was screwed down as well. The owners do not allow you to turn the air below 74. There were times when the house got extremely hot. I understand we're in the fall season, but we are still in Florida, southern Florida at that- it's still hot outside. Only one bedroom had a fan and there are no extra stand alone fans, so you will have to purchase your own. Be sure to bring extra towels and wash cloths like we did for your makeup/ menstrual to avoid any fees of stains- all of the towels are white. The check-in/ out times are different on your contract versus VRBO, so pay attention to that. I would suggest a check-in/out tablet as well. Overall, this was a good house, nice decorations, a good stay- it just needs deep cleaning.

Basic and needs some work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was not expensive so maybe I shouldn't have expected much. Examples of things that were dissapointments- the pots and pans were ancient and in terrible shape- there wasn't anything to clean dishes with, no soap left, one trash bag, not a coffee filter. These are things that previous renters have purchased and I'm sure left. You could leave a few simple things in there for your renters. - no extra towels. One per bed. no pool towels. - barely enough silverware for 6 people. Knives were old, dull, and not a full set.It is obvious that this is all about spending nothing and maximizing the rental income. - I would be glad in paying a little more to have some decent basic amenities.

Reviewer Comments: Hello, We were very dissappointed, we even reported the issues to Melinda, who agreed to provide us free heat for the hot tub, and the hot tub never got warm. We spent a lot of money to rent the home and there was a number of issues. A refund of some sort should be warranted.

Great house just missing some things

House was great. Very clean. When we got there we noticed a gate to get into the neighborhood and no one had told us a code to get in. Luckily a neighbor was walking by and let us in. Once we got into the house there was supposed to be a welcome basket with trash bags, soap, dishwasher soap etc. and there was nothing so we had to go buy that. Randomly the hot tub just drained to empty so we weren’t able to use that. Clean house but just seemed unorganized

Nice House

The house was nice and clean. We enjoyed the size of the pool. However, there is only parking for 2 cars at the house, which was a problem for us. Could use updated pillows and not all beds had fitted sheets on them, most had two flat sheets.

Perfectly Adequate

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental experience got off to a rocky start when the first house we booked was sold and no longer available. While not Florida Spirit’s fault, it was disappointing to lose a house we had searched hard which had cute themed rooms for our kiddos and have it replaced with a very plain house. Spanish Sunset had enough rooms, the description says it sleeps 12 but there is only room for 2 cars in the driveway and dire warnings that your car will be towed if you park in the street or on the grass. Since we had 8 adults and 3 kids we traveled in three cars. The management firm agreed to let us park another property that was not being rented for the week. The first suggestion was to call a storage place that was five miles away, would have been an additional expense and was booked! When I called the place they politely informed me they hadn’t had room for two years and got these calls all the time! I think lack of parking should be clearly stated.The house itself was spacious. The description claimed that all the tvs were smart tvs but I guess you need to have your own subscriptions as no passwords were given or instructions on how to use them. Kids played their systems (brought from home) more than watched tv. Other minuses included: The workout equipment shown in the photos did not work and the batteries in one of the machines was corroded. The carpets were worn and stained. One eye on the stove did not work. We bought another cookie sheet and some pot holders and brought pans. The handle on the freezer door came off, it had been super glued. The house thermostat was set at 74 and could not be moved, that would have been okay if there were fans but we only found one. We never could get the hot tub to heat up and directions were not clear.Plusses: the beds and pillows were very comfortable, there were plenty of dishes, the house was very clean, the pool area was nice, it’s conveniently located.Overall adequate if not perfect.

Loved the pool, it was a blast. We rented last minute and the process was so smooth. I will definitely be using Florida Spirit Vacation Homes again. They were informative and communication was excellent from start to finish.
