Home is large and roomy. Our family of 10 fit easily with enough space for everyone. The pool was nice and clean and the community resort amenities were also very nice. Price was super reasonable and universal studios was only 30 minutes away.

Nice opened house .. you could get to the main building through the backyard and the resort parking lot is right there (could get crowded on the weekends; limited spots on the street) no issues having guests over for the day .. there's always high traffic around the resort for whatever reason could take 15 to 20 minutes to get down the road .. Disney/ Universal about a 45 minute drive in the morning

Resort pools were nice but seemed to close at the drop of rain. House was clean but furniture was dated and rickety. Appliance and cooking supplies were adequate but lacking quality. Pool area was not as photos indicated, it was very small pool and hot tub. patio was ant infested making it impossible to have any gatherings out there. I would rent in that resort again but not that house.

Right next to resort pools and clubhouse so this was convenient. Spoke to Scandi about tv’s and dryer not drying and they sent someone out very quickly to rectify problems. Would recommend, one problem was only single car garage and driveway, if you have multiple cars you must park in designated area which might fill up on busy weekends.

Overall everyone enjoyed our stay, the closeness of the clubhouse/water park was awesome, we were just steps away. The home was beautiful and well kept. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We are looking forward to booking next year for our family vacation.

The hot tub did not heat. It was listed in 2 spots that there was a hot tub but then it was in small print saying the hot tub and pool were not heared. That should be taken out of the pictures and listing. Everything was clean but the house had a very used appearance. The blankets were thin and cheap with no extras. Only one towel per person for a week.

Family theme park get away

We loved the house. It was clean and just as shown in pictures. Close to all the parks. The bonus pool on property was very nice for the youngest of the group because she loved the pool and water slide. When weren’t busy at a park we were at the very well maintained pool. I would recommend this place to everyone.
