I would recommend everyone to take a look at this place if you are planning on staying in Colorado springs. Very close to pikes peak, Royal Gorge & Garden of the Gods, so many things to see & do. Ken the owner was fantastic.

Ken & Patricia are polite and professional. Effective communication was never an issue. There weren't any "unreasonable" checkout instructions or expectations. The property is exactly as listed. There are plenty of activities (even if you don't leave the property) and a multitude of eating options within walking distance. however, my wife and I did some shopping and used the fully equipped kitchen. i think the only down side is that we couldn't stay longer! we will most certainly look at this property first when we travel to Colorado Springs in the future. Highly recommend this property as long as it doesn't coincide with when we want to be there!

Thank you so much, Philip! Hosting you and your wife was an absolute pleasure. We are truly touched by your kind review, thoughtful words, and wonderful generosity—your gifts were such a lovely gesture and brightened our day! It’s always a joy to meet fantastic guests, but connecting with you both felt like the start of a wonderful new friendship. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, local dining, and everything the property had to offer. You are welcome back anytime (we’ll gladly save a spot for you whenever you’re in Colorado Springs next)! Wishing you both all the best until your next stay! Warmly, Ken & Patty

Outstanding location-literally minutes to tons of restaurants and shopping. 15 min to Air Force academy and close to Garden of Gods and Seven Falls attractions. House has everything including AC which you need in summer and is so clean. However the biggest perk is the owner. Truly one of the nicest people we have ever met-goes out of his way to make your stay perfect!! Highly recommend!!

My brother and I stayed at this charming home, which was accurately depicted in the photographs. The Academy House is conveniently located to many stores, highways and points of interest. The communication with Ken, the host, was top notch. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house is very cozy. Access to the house is keyless, so you never need to worry about losing the keys to the property. The backyard is super cute. I wish I could have stayed a few more days. If you’re visiting the Colorado Springs area, I would highly recommend this property.

Easy parking, great check in, fantastic management communication. During stay blender decided not to operate. Sent message to management team and within very short time received a note asking if they could drop off a replacement in 10 minutes. This was an extended 3 week stay and there was just nothing missing anywhere!!! Very fast WiFi. Location is very good. Recommend for short and extended stays
