This lower level unit has four bedrooms, two full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to ten guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. With a location that cannot be beat and beautiful new accommodations, the time is now to book your excursion. We sell out on many dates, so booking early will ensure that your dates are available. Everyone in our group loved the deck- which could use a good power-wash- but that wasn't a dealbreaker. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. We would stay there again because it's waterfront. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very satisfied. However, there were a few areas of concern. First, the couch in the main interior seating area was uncomfortable as it was broken. It needs to be replaced. The outdoor GFI outlet on the deck did not work and also needs to be replaced. Finally, outdoor speakers should be prohibited at the pool as some renters blasted their music there for an entire afternoon. In addition to being loud, the music contained obscene and profane lyrics not suitable for the children playing in the pool.
