Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. We were in Athens for a family wedding and this house was perfect for the 8 of us. The deck is a great gathering place for coffee, chatting, etc. Host was super quick in responding to questions. We will definitely spread the word about this property!

What an incredible stay! The property grounds were absolutely majestic—beautifully maintained and the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dawg House. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and so relaxing to sit outside on the porch. While we were a little concerned at first, having to go outside to go between the units, it wasn’t an issue at all. The amenities and hospitality were fantastic. We appreciate all the special touches!

Great and convenient location!

This was a beautiful location and fully equipped. Super close to UGA and the botanical gardens. We came for the SEC swim meet and would absolutely come again. Great hosts and a fun time had by all… and some incredibly fast swimming!

Great find!!!

This was our first time staying in a VRBO in Athens instead of a hotel. This place was much better than any hotel in Athens and cheaper if you come on a parent’s weekend like we did. Great location, very clean, and appears to be new remodeled. We enjoyed our stay very much and will use this location again.

The property was very clean and the host were very helpful. Parking is a little tricky if you have multiple vehicles. The driveway goes through a portico to get to part of the parking area. You can see it on the pictures so not a surprise just a little difficult to get cars turned around and back out. Also lots of stairs between the 2 units and I am older so we had our family there for a wedding and I had to go between the units a good bit. The beds were very comfortable for a rental unit.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at Dawg Manor while in town for a work conference. The property is in a great location that is convenient to town and has a beautiful view from the back deck. The home was spotless and inviting upon arrival. The host promptly responded and graciously returned an item left behind free of charge. We highly recommend this location and would stay again when we return for future conferences.
