We were delayed traveling, so arrived a day late to find that there was no lights in no air-conditioning. When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. Updating was a weird word in this situation because the only thing we had heard previously is how excited they were to host us and they provided all of the entry information already. As I stated, we were already a day late so we were expected to have already stayed at the home for one night. The host would not answer phone calls only respond to messages. This includes to Vrbo directly as I had to call them to get our refund and cancellation processed so that we could then book a new place for the week. Not only will we now in a new city with no lodging, but if we were to have stayed at the home, I already saw issues we would’ve had. There was no smoke detectors or safety. There was dirt and unknown substances on the walls. There is no way I could ever recommend or suggest anyone staying with this property and I would even go further to not stay with any properties that the management team handles. Communicating with us a day into are expected stay with issues that were never disclosed and unwillingness to help work out a fix is unacceptable.

We enjoyed so much about our stay and would be happy to rent this location again! The house has a great vibe and is well cared for. Excellent kitchen supplies - which was helpful since we like to cook. Spent a lot of time sitting on the deck side porch. The side porch was delightful on a rainy afternoon. We took lots of walks in the neighborhood, and one day drove 2 min to a Wasson Way trailhead for a longer walk. The driveway was steeper than I realized from the picture, which took some getting used to. Take the host's advice about backing into the driveway, that is a pro-tip! It didn't bother my husband at all. It really will only fit one car.
