Good miami location out of the heavy flow of things. No water access though, no pool, no beaches close (traffic makes it not very accessible).Clean and comfortable stay.

THIS is the place!

The host was so warm and welcoming! She even goes the extra mile to check in here and there to make sure everything is going smoothly. I enjoyed my lovely view every morning and evening. She is simply awesome!

Nina was a great host. She communicated prior to and during the stay, checking in throughout to make sure everything was ok. The unit is updated, clean and perfect for 1 or 2 people. The view of the bay is great to sit out on the balcony. The location is very accessible to many parts of Miami and highways. Nina included water, snacks, coffee, wine on top of all of the essentials. Would definitely recommend and will most likely visit again!

Why they chose this property

My husband and kids are native Floridian. We love the outdoors- especially the beach. It is our dream to one day retire in Miami (the heart of FL!). NBV (North Bay Village) is so historical and incredibly located near everything you could think of. It is much quieter than South Beach and North Beach is one of my favorites.

What makes this property unique

This property is prayed over. We pray that each of our guests feel at peace and feel the love of our Savior throughout their stay. We renovated this apartment to be comfortable and modern. Our favorite part is the balcony with views that will drop your jaw. Sometimes you see dolphins swimming and yachts launching. It is incredible at night when the skyline lights up the sky. Currently is being renovated so it will be EVEN MORE incredibly beautiful.
