This is a great location! I'm REALLY picky about cleanliness when we stay places and this one was perfect! The price was right in our budget and much better than comparable places so close to the beach. Abby was a great host and very responsive if we had questions. If we come back to Neptune Beach and need a 2 bedroom (LOVE that both were king size beds), we will definitely be staying here again!

Abby is an excellent hostess. She is always quick to respond and does her best to meet needs. The property interior was sparkling clean and organized. The best part is the proximity to the beach.

Nice Stay in Jacksonville Beach

We enjoyed being only 3 blocks to the beach, which made it nice to watch the sunrise. The apartment was super clean and lots of good, strong coffee. Only thing I wanted that I couldn't find was a bowl for preparing a snack. Thank you!

My friends stayed there. They loved the location. It was convenient to everything they needed.That said, here are some of their critiques:Rusty pots. Limited supplies and utensils in the kitchen. The grill was an old charcoal grill, not the one pictured.No storage for clothes – no dressers, nothing with drawers.

Cute and Comfortable

The condo is as captured in the photos. Comfortable beds, great communication with host. Shampoo and body wash were provided so that was a nice touch. We only stayed there for one night. It was cute. The two reasons why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is although it was clean, the chemicals they used to clean were so strong our eyes were burning and watering all night. I am very sensitive to strong smells, I almost couldn't bear to spend the night as it did not dissipate much. The second reason was the noise from above. I don't know if the floor above is a rental property or is owned, but the footsteps were so heavy and it was consistent until we went to bed. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops. However, it is few blocks from the beach and you have to cross a major road, so I would recommend driving.

It was a well stocked apartment with a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch.
