Second year i have stayed on this property. It was perfect and so peaceful after busy days at a conference. The covered parking was perfect after rainy days. A beaver, bunnies and geese walked up to the building and stayed for pictures, and the activity on the river made for relaxing time on the patio. Communication from the property was good too. I'll be back.

My wife and I had a great weekend in Nashville at this rental! Was clean, great location, and had parking! A lot of rentals in the city don’t have great parking options. This one does! Highly recommend staying here!

It was perfect for us and close enough to walk to Broadway! Would definitely stay again. Loved that the balcony faced the river.

Lovely spot on the river. Just outside of Broadway and walking distance to many ideal Nashville spots. Second floor room was clean and the basics were provided. Currently lots of construction in the area but not a deterrent.

Didn’t get the code to enter until we were parked there. Had only three towels for four guests. This was taken care of effectively. Two chairs had such wobbly legs we didn’t risk sitting on them. Got a large shallow cut from the frame of the pull out bed. We had no attention to cook which was good because the stove had multiple cracks in the cooking surface. Location was good. I have traveled to 96 countries and stayed in thousands of accommodations this would rate in the bottom 20 places I have ever stayed. This is the first negative evaluation I have ever felt strongly enough to post.

Nice cute place

My husband and I stayed for a short trip and the place was very clean and well stocked . It did smell a little smoky in the place even though it’s no smoking . But overall the place was nice and I would stay again

Convenient location

Easy to get to with parking right outside the unit. Up a couple flights of stairs and quiet spot overall, with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony to sit out with your coffee (we appreciated the coffee supplied, and didn’t need to cook but could have with a full kitchen). Construction work nearby started early in the morning but we are early risers so that didn’t bother us. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and both our birthdays on this trip. We were only a 20 minute walk to everything we wanted to do downtown. It was amazing. The people at Grand Welcome were very helpful as well. We had car trouble the morning we left and they helped us to find a mobile mechanic to fix our car. The whole experience was fantastic!!

Peaceful stay

Stayed full week from Monday till Sunday. Very quiet every day even on the busiest weekend days. Gets you away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very easy walk to Broadway during the day light hours. Definitely Uber after dark though. Pool was awesome and all the people there were great. Nice river views.

Nice place, great view. A few small maintenance issues (burned out bulbs, light switches not working). Construction across the street is noisy from 7AM to 6PM except Sunday. Would not give us early check-in to match our flight arrival but condo was ready. I believe this is because it is a corporate property with no on-site manager.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and will address the maintenance concerns right away. While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, availability depends on our cleaning schedule, and we appreciate your understanding.

the quality of this rental was poor at best, no smoke detectors, no wifi, constant construction, the pool was murky and the property over all was not safe, with vagrants walking through constantly. They are also building new buildings around this one, so be prepared to wake up to power tools at 7am for at least another year....

Anniversary

The name, Riverside Roost, made me think it was going to be more of a cozy place. I wasn’t expecting a condo in the middle of town with all the construction work going on. But it actually worked out for the best because we were close to all the venues that we wanted to visit. It was also remarkably quiet there. Good thing we are in pretty good shape, as we stayed on the third floor. Don’t think that was relayed to us.

Labor Day Weekend at The River Roost

I prefer not to use Uber or Lyft so, I got quite a bit of walking in. This place is on the edge of Germantown near the District. Overall nice place, clean, on 3rd floor. Only issue was wifi did not work and was hoping to get some work done. Mgmt did respond but, owner not available. To me it seemed a mix-up in the network name and password. Oh well if in general area and all you need is a one bedroom give it a try.
