Our modernly furnished spacious villa is fully equipped with from all the necessary amenities to even the smallest details and it's suitable for a romantic honeymoon, for large groups or for families. Get ready for a relaxing stay and pamper yourself with a great view by the private infinity pool or by the jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

Every day early in the morning our gardener cleans the pool, trims the garden and leaves some fresh loaves of bread on your door.

Many parts of Kalkan Dream Villa were renovated. The most major upgrades include:

- The infinity pool is reconstructed to add stairs in, and it's lowered from 1.90m depth to 1.60m. It is also a heated pool now upon request.

- New shaded area around the pool area, and outdoor seating lounge under it.

- The balcony on the middle floor is rebuilt, and new rails were custom made for the lower floor’s terrace.

- Replaced the TV with a curved 4K Samsung TV with Netflix Premium account.

- New furniture, rugs, pillows, accessories in each room.

- Automatic hot/cold water dispenser, renewed all the cutlery and added more stuff to the kitchen.

- 500 new clay pots around the garden, to emphasize the Mediterranean feeling of the villa.

- Fixes around the houses, painted all the interiors, new rain shower heads in the top 2 rooms’ bathrooms for the ultimate relaxation.

Location:
Located on top of a hill, Kalkan Downtown is just 1 km away by foot or by car, whilst the sea is just 100 meters away (bird's eye view). The only neighboring villa is on the right side of the property, as can be seen in the pictures. However, it's mostly vacant throughout the year, so the villa and the pool area offer our guests a fully private experience.

Take a break and enjoy the good scenery in a relaxing and comfortable 400 m2 wide and spacious villa. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden, on top of a hill. There is no other house on top of you and there is a divider between the villa on the right so that your privacy belongs only to you.

From the floor tiles to the kitchen counters, Kalkan Dream Villa is constructed with top quality materials and it was carefully designed in a nature-friendly way.

PET LIVES ON THIS PROPERTY: For the past year, "Kashar" has become a regular cat at Kalkan Dream Villa. She lets herself on the property as she wishes, likes to be petted VERY MUCH, and will jump on your lap and ask for food. In the kitchen, we leave some cat food if you'd like to feed her. She is vaccinated and sterilized. She isn't our cat, but she likes to be treated as the owner of the villa, so from now on we are listing her as a pet living on the property constantly.

The kitchen is fully equipped; including a toaster, oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and so on. Samsung 4K Curved TV, Netflix Premium (ultra HD) account, Wi-Fi, Dyson vacuum cleaner, ironing machine. The tap water is safe to drink, it's fresh from the mountains.

It's suitable for families, groups of friends, or for a honeymoon.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE:

• The terraces and the pool is cleaned, the trash is taken out, the plants are watered, and fresh bread is delivered to your door every morning.

• Twice a week cleaning service. Electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi are included.


Extra Services:

Heated Pool: The heated pool temperature goes up to 30 C. If you'd like to turn on the heating, there's a £60 per day extra charge. We turn on the heating 3 days prior to your arrival so it's ready when you arrive (no charge for those days).

Transfer from/to the airport: We can pre-arrange the transfer.
