Very good location close to the beach and river. We were able to walk along the beach and kayak in the river, all a short drive from the property. The home had amazing views of the ocean and river as well, and was comfortable and cozy.

This is one of my favorite vacation rentals ever. The house is well-furnished and decorated, which makes it feel inviting and homey. The kitchen has everything one may need for preparing meals. The expansive deck has lots of comfortable seating, and an incredible view. Large windows bring the ocean inside at all times. It’s heavenly! We walked over to the excellent Mexican restaurant next door, as well as to Trink’s on the other side of the house, where we had delicious lattes and baked goods. The communication with the host was superb - nearly immediate answers to my questions. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect size for my husband and I with our small dog. The view from the room facing the ocean was amazing. I just had an overall sense of peaceful and calm here. This is my new favorite place to stay in Gualala. Close to everything. Very clean, stocked well with what we needed, beds were so comfy, couches comfy too (it is not common to find comfortable couches in most places) good water pressure in showers. Nice outdoor area with patio and yard worked great for our pup.

Such an enjoyable stay! The layout is spacious and comfortable, and house is super well equipped with everything you need. The view is more amazing than the photos. Location near town is convenient. Can’t say enough good things… the 5 of us were in heaven and 4 of us live on the central coast. Thank you for a beautiful memory.

Great place with great views of the river and sea. The home is big inside. Much bigger than it appears from the outside. Easy location off Hwy 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’d stay here again for sure.

What a wonderful home. The view could not be better and Gualala is a very quaint little town. The home was clean and everything worked great! The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot! I can't ask for more really. Maybe a hot tub, but otherwise its the perfect place to get away.

Absolutely loved this house! The view is spectacular! House was clean and well stocked. The shower was amazing. Check in was easy and you can't beat the location. I brought my dog which also was easy. I will definitely stay here again.

The view was fabulous and the amenities were very nice. The bungalow is perfect for two couples but could easily accommodate children or another couple. The town is quiet with good food and interesting shops. We will most definitely come back!!

Our family of 6 (and dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was in a perfect spot close to everything in Gualala and had really great views of the ocean. We would totally stay there again!

Beautiful vacation stay with stunning views and conveniently located with walking distance to local shops and town, yet private and secluded.The kitchen had some fresh upgrades and was well equipped. The property was clean, yet pet friendly with a large garden and access to walking trail. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.We chose this property for the views and we were not disappointed, spending hours watching the ocean, spotting wales and other wildlife.

Once we settled into the fact that there was no no no direct beach access (even from within the town ) the house was above par ! Great view, comfortable beds , well stocked kitchen and very pet friendly . The Listing says direct access to sea and sand. It was not until the welcome email one day out did it said contradictory info claiming no beach access . We quickly adjusted and loved our stay Loved the town .

My husband and I really loved this place and plan to return as we are somewhat local - Cloverdale. My husband has some medical issues and this was a great place to relax and enjoy hearing the ocean. Only tip I have is that if you are bringing a dog, bring a gate for the deck. I did and it was perfect as we could enjoy the ocean, the deck and our dogs. They are quite little and I blcoked off the starircase with my wooden tri-fold gate and blcoked off the loweer deck with chairs. The yard below is NOT fenced so you will need to be creative about how to keep yours dogs contained.Grat location, easy access to breakfast at Trinks and nearby dinner restaurant and bookstore at the center across the street. Everything was as described and when there even better!

This property was exceptionally clean. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of e tea pillows and blankets available if needed.
