The Space:
This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. Nantucket at the Pointe, with its cozy furnishings and lake-inspired design, is the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more.
The home’s main living space features high ceilings and comfortable seating around the fireplace and tv. Follow the natural flow of this nautical home into the fully-equipped kitchen where you have all the appliances and tools you need to prepare anything from snacks to full meals. Casual dining and morning coffee can be shared at the breakfast bar with barstool seating, more formal meals can flow to the indoor eating area which seats 6, or head out to the balcony for a meal al fresco.
The home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed and tv.
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink vanity. This room also has direct access to the covered balcony space.
Bedroom #3 is a bunk room with a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit that requires approximately 16 stair steps to reach to entrance.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- There is an additional shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
- A queen-size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
