Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children. 1 bathroom lower walkout condo on the Schuss Mountain golf course and a short drive or 5-10 minute walk to the ski slopes.
Walk into a FULL KITCHEN with full size refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. Kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals. A bar table that seats 4.
42 inch TV.
1 bedroom with NEW QUEEN mattress.
Sliding door goes out to a cute deck that overlooks the golf course.
Futon style couch with extra thick comfortable mattress.
A gas grill and chairs are provided for guest use.
New bonfire pit
We have Wi-Fi that works great if you need to do some work while away.
This condo is perfect for a couple or a family of 4.
A pool pass is provided and gives guests access to the seasonal indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village.
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*


Close to Traverse City, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Gaylord, 10 minutes to Torch Lake & 5 minutes from Shorts Brewery.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a very quiet location, 10 minutes from the town of Bellaire (highly recommend Shorts Brewery and Mammoth!) and 15 minutes from Torch Lake. We loved sitting on either the porch or the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing since the hot tub was a big part of the reason i boled here, however the owner did bring a pass or another property, bit it was 10 min away and very crowded. She had very quick communication. Woild reccomend to anyone!

Perfect getaway

We were in yown for a wedding. The wedding events kept us busy, but it was nice to have a cozy place to settle in for our down time. We would definitely recommend staying here and will consider it for future trips.

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year round. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

Why they chose this property

Use this condo as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, sleeping Bear Dunes. Bring your boat. We are close to Torch Lake and Chain of Lakes.
All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests.
