Belle maison en rondins sur le lac tranquille privé

The Cottage est une Log Home conçue sur mesure conçue pour toute la famille. Il est situé sur un lac privé à 350 km au nord-est de Toronto. Les méchants et les castors vous accueillent alors que vous vous asseyez sur le quai le matin! Si vous cherchez une escapade calme et paisible ... ce chalet est pour vous! C'est ma location de 4Úme année et j'ai vraiment aimé partager le chalet avec tout le monde.
Que vous souhaitiez vous asseoir, vous détendre, faire du canoë, le poisson ou simplement vous installer sur le quai, vous pouvez tout faire au chalet. Le ciel nocturne est particuliÚrement sombre et le Stargazing est une chose préférée à faire! Le Cottage peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec une chambre sur les canapés pour 2 autres!
Cette réservation a une politique d'annulation super flexible - les remboursements seront émis jusqu'à 14 jours avant la date d'arrivée.
Un remboursement à 100% est prévu pour les voyageurs qui annulent au moins 14 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Un remboursement à 50% est prévu pour les voyageurs annulant de 7 à 13 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Il n'y a pas de remboursement pour les annulations faites moins de 7 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Les frais de réservation de CanadaStays sont remboursables si le voyageur annule dans les 48 heures suivant la demande de réservation.

Gary's cottage is beautiful and rustic with loads of charm! The lake is quiet and perfect for paddling - lots of wildlife to see. Gary is super nice and helpful and very accommodating and accessible. We had a great time at the gem of a property and plan on returning!

The log home is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and unwind in nature. Gary was extremely helpful with getting us acquainted with the property. Sharing his love for the stars was a special treat and was an incredible experience. It's a great location to see the night sky. The weather was amazing, and we were able to enjoy all the amenities - canoeing, time on the dock and hammocks, campfires, and more. Thanks for making our first family vacation memorable!

Great cottage - well-equipped, comfortable, and right on the lake. Gary called us beforehand to answer any questions and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Wonderful stargazing at night from the deck and birds, chipmunks, squirrels feeding right on the patio. As this is an authentic cottage experience, folks not based in Canada need to be aware that you have to bring bedsheets and towels (Gary is very clear and helpful on what you need to bring). Apart from that the cottage had everything we needed. A wonderful, peaceful getaway and a kind and welcoming host.

Enjoyed the quiet space. It was hot although there a lot of fans to use. Great BBQing. Gary took us on the pontoon boat which was great. Needs a bit of upgrading inside.

A great cottage for a family getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! Gary was excellent host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. He is an avid astronomer and astrophotographer and we spent a wonderful evening of stargazing with him.The location is perfect, right on the lake with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Bon Echo Provincial Park is just a short drive away and made for a great day trip with its hiking trails and stunning cliffs. Sand Lake’s public beach nearby was a nice bonus for a relaxing swim.

Gary is a wonderful host, greeted me upon arrival, gave me a quick tour to make sure I knew where everything was and detailed instructions on how to use things within the cottage, and he also came back to say goodbye. Super friendly, very accommodating and answered any questions quickly. The cabin is beautiful, has everything you would need, very cozy, super comfortable bed and furniture, and I really admire the design and construction of the cabin.And then there's the property, one of the most peaceful places I've ever stayed at. There's alot of different options to hangout and truly unwind outside facing the lake, definitely a piece of paradise! I highly recommend Gary as a host and his very special cabin/property, I'd 100% like to stay there again!

Lovely cabin

We enjoyed staying at Gary's cabin. It's rustic, cozy, and had everything we needed. He's a great host, he met up in person upon our arrival just to give us a short tour and intro to the cottage and it's workings, along with offering to take us out on his pontoon boat on the lake. The kitchen had all cooking essentials and tools with a couple options for brewing coffee.. drip or press. The lake is shallow but great for canoe trips to enjoy the scenery, canoe supplied by Gary. We fed the birds from our hand off the porch swing and watched the other wildlife from the cottage.Washer and dryer was a bonus to have.
