With 1 California king bed and 1 queen bed and a double sofa bed. For outdoor enjoyment, this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels. A coin-operated laundry room on-site. Hale Kai O Kihei #116 a $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Great location, excellent view and beach access, convenient to several good restaurants. Only glitch was a slow running drain in the shower which hopefully has been remedied for the next tenant.

Fantastic property! Clean and just as described - even better really. Amazing views and beach access. Well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would suggest changing is put solid doors in for the rooms and bathrooms. Our family could hear everything across the condo. Also we couldn’t get the AC to work - but we also never reached out for help so that’s on us. Overall excellent rental!

View and location was amazing. The listing made us think there was a washer and dryer in unit but it’s an expensive laundry room instead that you have to pay 5 for each machine. The unit was stocked well and we got immediate responses when we needed to text the guest services. Great week!

Lovely view. We enjoyed storm watching and playing cards during the first Kona low of the season. Kind of a challenge to get basic info from the rental company (do they not have a detailed list of amenities rather than relying on the same photos everyone else can see?), but we got the info we needed before we loaded the suitcases in the car to go to the airport. Although the place says it will sleep 6, the living room would not be ideal for anyone but kids.The location, view and nearby resources makes this a perfect place to hang out in Kihei.

This location is absolutely amazing! Just a few steps to the beach, feels so private and so beautiful! The communication was excellent and quick responses were so appreciated. We had everything we needed and more available in the kitchen. Made cooking meals low stress and saved us a lot of money! My only suggestion would be to bring ear plugs because the doors are not sound proof, just for privacy and roosters crow very early! But they woke us up to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and morning coffee!

We have stayed at this complex many times before, but never had a kitchen so well stocked. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, plenty of towels, beach equipment, and cleaning supplies. We will definitely be back. Mahalo!

Great location but unit could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Upon arrival the counter tops and floors were not cleaned. Looks like unit might have been empty for a little bit. The drain in the guest bath shower was clogged and took a couple days to get fixed. I ended up cleaning the unit up a little and drain did get fixed. Overall, good unit.
