Your getaway awaits in Saginaw Township at this big, fabulous house with lots of open space. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, this enjoyable retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Extra sleeping space is available in the basement with a sectional with a pull-out bed. You'll find all the essentials like WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, a pool table, dart board, TVs, outdoor seating area, firepit with firewood supplied, basement with bar for seating, toys, games and more to ensure a soothing stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.
The pantry is stocked with appliances such as, air fryer, Cuisinart blender and food processor, electric knife, toaster, crockpots, waffle maker and more. The large kitchen is well stocked and ideal for cooking and gathering.
The great room and basement are stocked with multiple games, art supplies, toys, balls and books.

Great stay in Saginaw, Michigan! The house is just as advertised, with plenty of room and amenities to be comfortable for our family gathering. Each room is filled with special character and charm. Raquel is an amazing host - she was very responsive and took ever effort to make our Christmas celebration special.

This is a wonderful home. So comfortable for all of us in town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and we took advantage of the fire pit. It was a lovely weekend and we highly recommend this home. The hosts are amazingly responsive.

The property met my needs, and the experience would have been great with the exception of a misunderstanding of house rules that I was informed by the property owner. I received a phone call from the owner on the second day at the property about the number of cars parked at the property and I was informed that the house rules required me to get approval for visitors/guests. I let the owner know that I signed up for 4 people to stay at the property and that other people were visiting that only 4 people are staying. I apologize for not following the house rules and I asked for a copy that I signed, which I must inform the owner for approval to have visitors. This was new to me.

It was a family birthday celebration. The house could not have been more perfect. It was very comfortable and cozy. Lots of room for ten people to have some space. So much character in the house, it was tastefully decorated.

Very spacious, well kept home for my family of 8 adults and 3 children. It was nice to have small kitchen appliances, cleaning products etc at the home for our use. My only suggestion is an a/c duct in the middle bedroom (very uncomfortable to sleep) and TV's in more than just one of the bedrooms.

Fabulous Fun Family Hub

As someone who was born and raised in the Tri city area and now lives in Dc/MD we visit every year to connect with family. This house was perfect! It fit my family of 4 plus fur baby perfectly! Honestly it is maybe too large if that’s a thing. We had my sister and my niece join for a couple nights. We also hosted a taco night with my four siblings, their significant others, children, and my mom. The house was in a great location for our needs. I loved walking the neighborhood. We will definitely return! If you have a large group, big family, or teens who like space this is the house for you. Lots of different spaces and has everything you would want or need. Cooking/hosting supplies, coffee maker/kurig, outdoor space and more!

Wedding stay

We used this space as an area to get ready for our wedding. The space was so clean and spacious. Some of the lights are hard to figure out but that’s probably just user error. The space was welcoming and provided an area for the kids to enjoy. Beautiful back yard!!
