I was looking for a smoke free, comfortable place to stay within walking distance of the strip and it delivered. Check in was easy and so was communication with the owners. I’d stay here again.

This is the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Excellent communication with the property owner from booking until the end of our stay. The property is very nice, in a gated community - just a 10 minute walk to the strip. Property & unit are very well maintained. Staff at property friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend. If we come back again -we will stay at this property. It was a relaxing stay & not as crazy as being directly on the strip.

Love this property, it was everything we were expecting and more. The owners were very engaging every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect. Love the location, connected to the MGM. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay!

We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! The suite was exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. So much so that I’ll be mattress shopping for that exact mattress when I get home! We didn’t need to contact the hosts during our stay, but their thoughtful and consistent communication made it clear they’d be easy to reach if anything came up. The resort itself was a great bonus! I was pleasantly surprised by the super convenient indoor walkway to the MGM Grand—such an easy (and air-conditioned!) way to get around.We stuck to the main resort pools since they were so easy to access and I love a good lazy river, but the Signature pools looked lovely as well. We also arrived a few hours early and were happy to find they held our luggage and gave us a temporary key so we could enjoy the pool while we waited.We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Everything was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. I stayed here for a convention. Tower 1 is the best and shortest walk to the MGM Grande.
