Wonderful visit to NYC

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was very helpful and communicated wonderfully! He anticipated any problems we may have and his suggestions were great! We did have to ask for an extra towel daily (they only give you three);however, we did get them quickly. The facility is just a few blocks from Times Square and was very clean. Concierge was helpful in getting a car to the airport. The driver was very nice and full of information on the city.

Great location. Host very responsive and helpful. Room was cleaned every day, even when we opted for it not to be. Staff very, very friendly and respectful. Bathroom did not have a lot of space to put your toiletries. Property was also under renovations and only had one elevator running. Host was made aware and offered to make right. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
