The property is listed as pet-friendly, but pets do need to be pre-approved prior to arrival, as noted in the listing details. In this case, we were not made aware of a pet until after checkout when housekeeping discovered it during cleaning. We simply followed up afterward regarding the standard pet fee, which is part of our clearly stated policy and not an additional or hidden charge. We’re also sorry for any confusion regarding amenities and will continue working to ensure all listing details are as clear and accurate as possible so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.
