The apartment is 5min walk from Itaguá Bay with a beautiful view, where you can still see the sun and moon rising.
It is a 10-minute walk from Tenório Beach and Praia Grande, where there are kiosks.
If you want a less crowded beach, head to Red Center, suitable for surfing and body boarding, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.
From there you can head to Cedro Beach, with its calm and clear waters, suitable for snorkling. In summer there are stand-up boards and kayaks for rent.

Schooner trips to hard-to-reach islands and beaches leave from Itaguá, 5 minutes from the AP.

You can also take a walk to the "Caisão" with beautiful views of Itaguá, Iperoig Beach, islands and part of Ubatuba's jagged coastline.

Bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants nearby as well.

In the avenue of Praia do Itaguá you will find restaurants with sea view, shopping, cinema, shops, ice cream shops.

The TAMAR Sea Turtle Preservation Project and the Aquarium are also in the Itaguá neighborhood and are worth visiting.

There are many trails offered in the region, which cross the Atlantic forest through waterfalls or deserted beaches.

Ubatuba has 80% of its area preserved by the Serra do Mar State Park which makes the region a great paradise.
