Great Stay

Teresa was an excellent host, meeting us to get in and showing us how everything worked and answering any questions about the area. It was our first time in Paris and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We spent many nights on the Eiffel Tower lawn, watching the lights sparkle since it’s so close by. Very quiet area as well, highly recommend!

home near Eiffel tower

Met Teresa at property shortly after landing---she showed us around and made us feel welcome. Apartment is cozy, close to Metro, kitchen is well appointed and supermarket and terrific Indian/Pakistani restaurant is very near. We hope to come back next year. Hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did ours.

Fantastic location! We’d never stayed in this area of Paris before. Generally quiet, calm location close to taxi stand, metro and Seine.Theresa is amazing. She was very helpful.The suite is charming and cosy. It’s small, which is not unusual for Paris apartments in lovely locations. For 2 people with bigger luggage, it may be a challenge. Still wonderful.

Pretty Apartment

The apartment was as attractive in real life as it was in the photos. It was a bit small for 2 mid-size American adults but its location made up for a sometimes cramped feeling.

Valentine's Day Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Teresa's lovely flat. It was excellent in every way--very comfy bed, nice, large shower with ample hot water and pressure, a fully functional kitchen and a comfortable living room with nice tv and cable. Teresa was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. Great location too! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Teresa!

Comfortable and quirky

This apartment is very tiny but had everything needed. It’s furnished eclectically as it is the owners home - no ikea here. Theresa was easily contacted and greeted us when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the hot water and pressure was good. Located a couple of blocks from the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro. While Theresa offered some tips about where to eat, where/how to catch the metro etc when we arrived, written info would have been helpful. We did find some good bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Perfect location in the 7th

Teresa was excellent to work with and her proper was neat clean and a desirable ground floor apartment. Located right between Invalides and the Eiffel Tower with good access to RER and Metro lines. We will stay here again when we come to Paris. Thank you.

Cozy Great location!

Darling - well appointed apartment in a spectacular location (see the Eiffel Tower from front door). We walked everywhere! Teresa was a warm welcoming host happy to assist with unfamiliar appliances. As Teresa lives in the apartment while not rented, space was limited for our necessities. However we managed and enjoyed ourselves and would love to return.

Wonderful space

Therese allowed arrangements to arrive a couple hours early. She did a great job of checking us in and showing us how to use everything. The unit was perfect for two and on a super quiet little side street all while being handily close to a variety of great bistros and markets and public transportation options. Highly recommend.

Cosy apartment in the heart ♥️ of Paris

My husband and I spent two lovely weeks here. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed and more. Teresa, the landlord, was very hospitable and went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location could not have been more ideal. My husband walked on pathway along the Seine everyday and although we were close to the bus, metro etc. we often just walked to our destination. We hope to come back again soon!

A little gem

What a little pocket of perfection this lovely little apartment is! Situated in one of Paris’ best neighbourhoods, it was a dream from the word go. The owner, Teresa, was lovely to communicate with before our visit and met us there when we arrived; graciously welcoming us to her apartment, showing us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the neighbourhood. It is close to many restaurants, lovely shopping streets, markets, the metro and busses and of course seeing the Eiffel Tower just outside the door was fantastic. The apartment is charming, clean and comfortable with everything you will need for a wonderful holiday in Paris. Thank you Teresa, we loved meeting you and staying in your lovely apartment.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door is the least of the attractions.

A fabulous venue, a fabulous neighborhood, and a most fabulous host. Teressa’s flat is perfect for a couple, especially a couple who has the luxury of an extended stay (read retired) so that one has a chance to know the neighborhood and to be known by the locals in turn. The flat is immaculate, tastefully and generously furnished in every respect.,, and it is a delight to the eye. All the important metrics of a visit are top flight—cleanliness, comfortable bed, excellent never fault erring shower, ample kitchen for light meals, and wonderfully quiet. And having been involved with VRBO for perhaps 15 years we have met some very welcoming hosts but none with the attentiveness, the willingness to share her life and her city, the energy of Teressa. Through two years of on-again, off-again COVID cancelations and struggles we had nothing but patience, understanding, and dedicated support for Teressa. (And this from a man who only this week received his refund from Brit Air for two flights they canceled in the dark days of 2020. It took Teressa roughly 12 minutes to do what BA took two years to accomplish). We’re it possible we would move into Teressa;s flat permenantly and adopt her. First rate on every criterion.

Emplacement idéal

À proximité de la Tour Eiffel, avec accès très facile et tout proche au RER C, métro Alma-Marceau et plusieurs circuits d'autobus... Ce qui vs permet de vous déplacer facilement pour tout voir de Paris... Avec l'application RAPT BONJOUR...on vs indique des circuits possible pour toutes vos destinations. L'appartement est sympathique, fonctionnel, sécuritaire et dans un beau quartier de Paris, à quelques pas des berges de la Seine. Plusieurs épiceries de quartier à qques arrêts de bus, pour vos courses. Ns y avons appréciés nos vacances.

Perfectly Parisian

This is our 5th time in Paris and we enjoyed staying in Teresa’s sweet little home. If your want a quiet, safe and convenient location, this place has it all. We were here during the Bastille Day celebration and it was so nice to walk outside the door and watch the fireworks. The owner, Teresa, could not have been more helpful and kind. Definitely gets five stars from us!

Excellent location, excellent hostess in her primary home

Absolutely love this location for a stay in Paris. The train to Versaille is just up the block. It's a few minute walk to the Metro i one direction and Rue Cler in the other. Groceries, markets, cafes and boulangeries abound. The small apartment is her primary home which she rents out, so you will find it has more things inside than you might be used to seeing. Even so, she has made available a small closet and a number or drawers in the bedroom, and a large armoire in the living-room. Although you won't have a view from the apartment (windows are covered with privacy film) the location can't be beat. You'll see the Eiffel Tower every time you step outside the front door. Absolutely quiet for sleeping. Owner is very sweet, helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her upon check-in.

Perfect location

I would definitely stay here again. Location is fantastic. The apartment is very well kept, and has two very comfortable beds, one a pull out in the living room . Very quiet at night. All you need for a wonderful place to stay in Paris

Location, Location, Location

The apartment is in a superb and convenient quarter of Paris. Lots of shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tour and the Branly Museum and a block off the Seine. Best of all perhaps it is blissfully quiet, on a gated street. Teresa was cordial, accommodating and very helpful. She brought a new coffee maker the evening of our arrival, since we we having trouble making the old one work. The apartment is small, but well designed and equipped. Comfortable for two people. We enjoyed it.

Great apartment in a great location.

My husband and I stayed in Teresa’s apartment for two months. September and October, 2017. The apartment is well maintained, clean, the bed is very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The WiFi is excellent and you cannot beat the location. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have everything you would need. The weather was cold at times, but the heaters in the apartment were perfect. The host Teresa is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
