Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My only feed back is the king bed is very firm so just be aware of that. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the "extras" available to use; chairs, umbrellas, etc pool was great option when we didnt want to get sandy. We also loved the option of the the washer and dryer. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. We would definitely come back again!

The condo was very comfortable. Great location! Well stocked for fun (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler.) Lots of activities in walking distance and the beach was great. Highly recommend the location and the rental experience with Happy Palms Stays. Hope to return.

This property was excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need for a week. The access to the beach was on site and wonderful. The pool area is large with very comfortable seating. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely return to this property. Thanks Zareh for being an excellent host.

Awesome location!

Short walk down to the beach and walking distance to pier, restaurants and grocery store across the street. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Temp was comfortable. Overall really great location!
