The home can accommodate up to 10 guests.

**This home is wheelchair accessible with a lift in the garage and two bedrooms on the main floor. Garage is available upon request**

Step into a spacious living room boasting comfortable seating and expansive lake views through large windows. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area or screened-in patio cater to culinary delights. Unwind in one of the luxurious bedrooms: master suite (king bed) with private bathroom, guest room (queen bed), upstairs guest (queen bed) and the two bedrooms in the basement each with their own queen beds. Ideal for multi-family vacations, corporate events, and more, accommodating 10 guests in comfort and style.

Outdoors, enjoy a private dock, complementary paddleboards/kayaks, and a firepit. Explore Lake Murray with local boat rentals (They even deliver!).

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will receive check in information around 4pm the day prior to check in. Check out instructions are sent the evening prior to check out. Guests will access the property with a smart lock with a unique code.

LAKE LEVEL
During the winter Dominion Energy brings the lake levels down which could cause the cove to be too shallow for a boat. We cannot guarantee water depth from November to February so please send us a message to ensure there is enough water for your boat to navigate the cove.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No pets allowed, no exceptions.
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Murray! The house is beautiful and was very clean. It was a fishing trip for us so we didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. We didn’t do any cooking in the two kitchens but they appeared to be fully stocked. Our Host Lauren was extremely helpful , even giving some fishing advice. We appreciate everything and may come back when we can stay longer with some cooler weather to enjoy the beautiful house.

We rented this home for our family while we were in town for our son’s wedding. The home was so comfortable, clean, well stocked, and provided us with the best possible accommodations for such a special time. Everything about the property was great. The stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware was a huge plus. The host had very timely communication. I would recommend it and definitely interested in booking again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for our stay. The location was peaceful and lovely. We rented a boat one day and it was delivered right to the dock which made it easy and fun. The property manager was super attentive and helpful, recommending delicious local cuisine and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was a great find. We loved the layout, the views and the comfortable and cozy feel. The kitchen was well-stocked and huge!! The beds were comfortable as well. We were a group of adult friends but this home would be perfect for a large family. I highly recommend!

Our host was very responsive. The house met and exceeded our expectations. It is well appointed and kept everyone well entertained during our stay. The kitchen(s) had everything we needed for cooking, serving and storing leftovers. We enjoy a good cup of coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find a French press in the cabinet! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

What a stunning home! We had our family Thanksgiving here with 11 of us coming in from 4 different states. There was plenty of room for everyone and a huge kitchen! Completely stocked and the basement kitchen was a bonus. The kids used the kayaks and we sat around the fire pit in the evening. Lauren was quick to respond both pre trip and while we were there. We will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful family place!

Loved having private bathrooms for each bedroom and plenty of room for a family get together! Even in December being at the lake was relaxing. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the lake activities!

Private cove stay

Beautiful spot to spend several days. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed the end of this perfect cove to listen to the frogs, geese, ducks, and watch the turtles sunbathe. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals. The property managers were excellent and responsive! Great place to be!

We had a great time with our grandchildren at this spacious home! Rained on and off all week but didnt keep us from swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The paddleboards and kayaks were a big plus!The only issue we had was the faucet in the kitchen that kept falling off.We ate at Murphys and Southshore Grocery and Grill. Both were delicious and the servers were so friendly!

We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. The two paddle boards and two kayaks were a huge hit—perfect for getting out on the water and keeping everyone entertained.The house itself was incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and having an additional fridge and oven in the basement made it so convenient for our large group. There was never a dull moment with all the amenities—our family loved the ping pong table, basketball goal, and spending evenings around the fire pit.Fishing from the dock and kayaks was another highlight, and we made so many great memories just being outdoors. We also really appreciated having space to gather indoors to watch basketball games together. Celebrating Easter here made it even more special, from our family dinner to the kids enjoying an egg hunt on the property.This place truly had something for everyone, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

This is our 3rd time staying in this home as a family! Great layout for a large family. And love, love the screen porch and the wrap around porch...great place to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the view of Lake Murray! Definitely recommend staying at this home.

Amazing Family Home on the Lake!

We just spent 6 amazing days in this beautiful home! The layout (5 bedrooms, 5 full attached baths) on 3 levels works great for a large group!The property sits at the end of a cove and is great for privacy and boating! The kids were able to play in the cove without having to worry about boats. The screened porch was wonderful. Our entire experience was 10 out of 10!

Awesome!

We stayed for a work retreat, the house was fabulous for a our group of 8. House was clean, well-equipped, great location on Lake Murray and the host was extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone looking for this type of space on lake murrey.

arrived fri. the 7th and had to contact the host about garbage cans full and ants in the kitchen. I had to ask again on the 8th. They said they took garbage off the top and would do again if needed. They said they sprayed for ants that day so may be the reason they are coming out. We bought baby powder and that seemed to keep them at bay, also told them they needed to come get more garbage off the top and hard to tell but may have. We have a family of 10. Trash day was wed. and it was over the top Tuesday evening. I let them know the dryer wasnt working on the 9th and did not responce after 4 hours asked again if they got my message and they responded with ill let you know its sunday then said they will come out mon. Asked for ETA and this time waited 3 hours and messaged again. Asked them for towels and they said we should have enough they left 12, now we are 10 people and its monday, checked in Fri. Scott called and asked are we not reusing towels, thought that was inappropriate to ask considering we now have been there 4 days. Dropped off 12 more towels and I actually washed them once dryer was fixed. I will have to say the upstairs was nice but the downstairs was musty and not as expected. The extra refrigarator was good. I would have had a better experience if the response from host was better and more urgent not acting like we should have used 1 towel each for 4 days.

Thanks for the review Leslie! I don't have the same communications back and forth that you are referring to regarding garbage but we did come out there multiple times. You notified us on Sunday about the dryer and we sent someone Monday. We explained that appliance repair people don't work on Sundays and we brought you 12 towels on top of the 12 towels you had already used. This is Leesville South Carolina and we don't have a lot of companies that operate in this industry to begin with and we were only able to get someone next day because he is one of our property owners (we know a guy ;) ). Regardless, safe travels!

Lake Murray Paradise

From my initial contact through our leaving, the communication with the owner has been easy and quickly responsive. The house is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, the landscape and view is postcard perfect. The layout of the house worked well for the 4 different families in attendance. Spending this time with my siblings was priceless and everyone was so grateful for the excellent accommodations.

This is a beautiful house, immaculate, beautifully decorated and very roomy. My bothers, their spouses, my husband, cousin and I all stayed there and it was the perfect mix of closeness and privacy. The house is so roomy that you absolutely do not feel crowded or like you are on top of each other. This house has all the amenities and is a wonderful home. Scott and Lauren were quick to respond to any questions, requests or concerns we had. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly when we were out walking. I would recommend this property and several in my party want the information to possibly book a family vacation in the future. (And since my family all came from out West, that is saying something!) We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!
