This property is quirky and one of our most favorite places to stay in Post Falls. The location with a patio overlooking the river is perfection. We’re always sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay! Easy access to the interstate and to the local sites. It was nice to be in town yet have a getaway feeling being right in the river. View was incredible.

Beautiful peaceful view of the river and woods, wonderful kitchen, good wifi, plenty of thoughtful amenities, good quality sheets, quiet neighborhood, enjoyed watching all the different birds. AC unit worked well. Host was very responsive and friendly, polite to communications. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Close to Town Yet in Nature

Overall the house was great. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be close to town but feel like we weren't. The river is definitely more for looking and fishing rather than floating or swimming, but the kids were old enough to get themselves to more appropriate swimming spots which are close. There was a small issue with the AC (it was incredibly hot the first day of our stay) but the host was responsive and we were able to easily fix it with a few mesages back and forth.

This home was so cute and so refreshing. As Montanans, we especially appreciate the secluded & quiet nature of the land & waterfront. The home and the sweet sun porch was especially enjoyable as we wrapped our days. Virginia was so sweet and incredibly flexible amenable to our nuanced needs. She was communicative and understanding and we really hope to come back to Breezy!!
