A great location. The home was perfectly situated with two bedrooms on each side of the house. The kitchen was was adequately stocked with kitchen utensils, neighborhood is well kept and family friendly. We would stay here again.

Great House

We stayed here for a family wedding. We had 4 adults and 1 infant. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs. We loved the neighborhood it was in as well. We took morning walks around and found it to be super cozy! We truly felt like we were at home during our stay!

Comfortable getaway

Enjoyed our time in the Post Falls Area. Good location, easy access to freeway. Easy to find. The house was comfortable and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the shared space and the Hot tub. Would stay here again!

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood

Our family of seven were very comfortable with plenty of room & seating. Enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings & was surprised at how quiet the area was. Close to everything from groceries, theme parks, & the lake. Would definitely love to stay here again when back in Post Falls.

Post Falls is great

Property was as advertised. We were busy with a basketball tournament in Spokane so we sadly did not get a lot of time to explore Post Falls. House was Super easy to get to and everything you would need (grocery store, walmart,restaurants)all within about 10 minutes, but it was still a very quiet neighborhood. Even found a really great gym (shout out to Peak Fitness) about 5 minutes away. House was exactly what we needed for our stay!

The host was very quick to reply to any questions. The home is very nice and the neighborhood quiet and clean. Appreciated the easy checkout process. Things that were important to us were all accommodated: working appliances, plenty of towels, more than enough parking and privacy. Would stay again if the need arises.

Family vacation

House was great for our little vacation! There was enough room for the family and it was a comfortable house! There were no plates so stop by the dollar store and grab some when you check in! Not a big deal but something good to understand!

Everything was as advertised. Clean, big enough for the 9 of us with room to spare. Our only complaint was that the beds were too hard for us. Communication with owners was amazing and everything was handled appropriately.

Silverwood get away

We really enjoyed the home. They had everything you needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked baths had shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The fire pit had wood. Everything was very flawless. Great activities and food nearby. The bunkbeds eorked great for our kids. We ended it with a relaxing night in the jacuzzi. This is your home if your planning a great weekend.

We really enjoyed this home. The small issues we had were communicated and handled very professionally and kindly. This home is VERY clean! Nice and cozy

Cute, cozy home in a cute neighborhood. Close to parks so my son could play basketball. Near stores to grab essentials and food to keep at the house. We ended up with a flat tire and had to bother the neighbor for a tool and he so graciously helped us. A really good coffee shop near the house was Milk and Honey (I think that’s the name of it). Anyway, the girls were sweet and coffee was amazing! Would stay again if we’re in this area again.

We thought the Beach House decor was “funny” for anything in Spokane/Post Falls.Beds and linens very nice. No local TV channels, just streamed You Tube and Netflix. We may have been one of the first guests. The property was recently flipped as an investment property. Freshly painted but the vents, return and a few other things were grungy. BBQ grill was really dirty inside.Couldn’t use the hot tub without walking/standing in 6-8 inches of now to take your shoes off to get in. Little bummed we didn’t get to use it. Clean and close to Post Falls Highschool

This house was very well located for what we needed to use it for. My daughter was attending a camp at Post Falls Highschool and it was a block away. The neighborhood was nice. It was very clean, and the hot tub was nice. I was a little curious when we got there that it looked like the lawn hadn't been mowed in sometime. On the 2nd day the company that mows it did show up and got it mowed. The rooms are fine, but the beds aren't the most comfortable. The king bed was overly soft and was hard to sleep comfortably. There are no tv's in the bedrooms, just the one tv in the living room, which is fine when you don't have multiple people staying in the house who like to watch different things, especially in the evening. There are really no special ammenities, the kitchen was stocked well enough, but didn't have a few things we were looking for like a colander. It's very basic, and if basic is all you're looking for this is the right house. I believe it was priced accordingly.
