Be sure to check out Sand Hollow Reservoir, Zion National Park, or Snow Canyon Sand Dunes. Take in clear night skies full of stars and constellations on the outdoor patio. Challenge each other to a game of ping pong or basketball in the garage, arcade or board games in the loft, or pool or foosball in the kids room. We hope to see you soon!

The description for this home is very accurate. Very easy check-in and check-out. The kids were never bored on our down days with all the games that were available. The pool and pickleball court directly across the street was very nice. Great location to use as our home base when going to Zion and Bryce NP's.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had multiple families staying together, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The home was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.The pool, located just across the street, was quiet, beautiful, and easy to access. We appreciated having pool towels available, along with floaties and pool noodles that we were able to use during our stay. There’s also a Blackstone grill on the back patio, which worked great for a family BBQ.The large dining table comfortably seated all 12 of us, making meals together easy and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts and taking walks through the nearby neighborhoods. The location is beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again.

Jeep vacation

Once the construction is done it will be a great place. Back up alarms on dumptrucks at 4am. Roofing nail guns and running air compressor till 9pm. Got old fast. House is wonderful. Neighborhood needs to be finished.
