Our stay for Summer Worship Nights Concert

We loved our stay there. Parking was convenient. Would have been nice to see nearby shuttles or active Uber vehicles awaiting guests to go to the American Airlines Center.You may consider this in the future. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Hotel was dated, dirty and front desk staff were rude and not welcoming. Upon further research, reviews were posted on bedbug infestation. We left and stayed elsewhere and request for refund was denied. Would not recommend.
