The property is in a good state and very clean with all the amenities you would expect. It is located in a gated community close to I4 and about 20 mins from Disney. The property is large enough for a big family and has a good swimming pool. The property was as described and the hosts Matt and Kate were really approachable and responsive. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

Property was located in a nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. Convenient and close to most major attractions. Utilized the pool daily and appreciated the newer loungers and outdoor dining set. Kitchen was well equipped for meals at the house. We were unable to use game room, as it is in garage, without a/c. Good, quick communication from hosts.

Really glad you liked the home, shame you marked us down for something that we do not state the home as having!! We do not say the garage / games room is air-conditioned. It is rare in Florida for them to be air-conditioned so when they are this will be VERY clearly stated in the description.

Nice stay

House worked very well with our group, plenty of space for us all.Furnishings were a good quality and the property was very clean.It is an older home but still a lovely place to stay.

Great vacation home for families!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We used it as a base for trips to Disney and Universal. Very clean and located close to shopping. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms so we never felt crowded. The pool was great for our kids. I would definitely recommend this property!

Quiet location but well placed

The property is well decorated, comfortable and ideal for a recharge after hitting the parks. The pool is private and there is plenty of outside space for alfresco dining. Two master suites have comfortable super king-size beds. I would stay here again, with no hesitation.

First time in Florida-beautiful villa

We absolutely loved our first visit to Florida. The villa was beautiful! Such a good location too. Kate and Matthew were so helpful leading up to our stay and also answered any questions we had when we were there! We would definitely book again. So much space for a family of five, the kids loved the games room and pool!!

Hi, everything was great we had one small issue (caused by us) which they dealt with swiftly. A great location for a family staying for Disney.

Great house, perfect location lovely neighbourhood. Very quite. House was clean. Kate and Matt were brilliant. A sofa in the games room would be a great addition. Would stay again and would definitely recommend

Great Stay

Good layout for family. 2masters with separate baths. All bedrooms are upstairs. Nice clean pool. A little far from Disney with the traffic, but not too bad. Decent resturants close by. Be prepared to bring extra toliet paper, towels etc.

Home Away

This is a nice, comfortable, clean, well equipped home in a quiet and maintained community close to everything to explore around Orlando . Matt and Kate are responsive and veteran hosts and the description of the property aligned with our expectations on every level. Great neighborhood area to walk or enjoy a run to Champions Gate area only a few miles away. Highly recommend this for a family getaway!

Excellent Location for I4 or Route 27 access.

Overall the villa met all of our needs. It is in an ideal position to access both the I4 and Route 27 giving the best options to miss traffic when travelling to Disney or Universal Studios. The owner, Matt, was very helpful and responded in very quick time to issues raised. Would we return? Yes.

Great house, long drives but due to heavy traffic on I4

The house is big and in a nice area. The pool was chilly but we enjoyed it on a hot day. There is no grill/bbq which is a disappointment when you come from a deep freeze at home to the warm weather and just want to grill some steaks. It’s a drive to Orlando which would be fine if it weren’t for the traffic but I don’t know if it matters where you stay, I don’t think it can be avoided. If you have a big family, this house can accommodate everyone comfortably. The communication with the owner is fantastic and all questions answered promptly. Check in and out was super easy.

Yes, as per the listing we cannot offer a grill due to the insurance liability on the home, but we do always offer help with grill hire and can help you with that, and you also opted not to add pool heat which was there for you. Yes, Spring break Orlando traffic is the same everywhere, definitely not specific to a home or location! So glad you loved the home itself!
