Quiet top floor apartment with indoor pool

Relax at the Lakeside in this lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado. The condo complex is in a great central location to everything our grand valley has to offer. The new Grand Junction Temple is within walking distance from the Lakeside. St. Mary’s Hospital, Colorado Mesa University, Suplizio Field and Stocker Stadium are very close by as well. The I-70 interstate nearby will make you only 20 minutes from Palisade, known as Colorado wine country. Within an hour you can be at the amazing Powderhorn Ski Resort on the beautiful Grand Mesa. To the west is Fruita with its world class mountain biking. The Lakeside is the perfect home base for adventure or for a relaxing getaway. The open concept in the main living space is clean and inviting. Warm up in the winter time with a hot cup of tea by the cozy gas fireplace after a great day on the slopes. You can breathe in the fresh Colorado air from the small private balcony. Enjoy a glass of local wine while overlooking the lovely courtyard below and its peaceful waterfall.

The full kitchen has all the essentials to make you feel right at home. We tried to set it up with everything you may need There is a four piece dinette and 3 bar stools for the breakfast bar.
The spacious master bedroom has 1 king sized adjustable bed and a dresser. The second bedroom has 1 queen sized bed and a dresser. Both bedrooms have black out shades and are comfortably appointed.
The 5 piece bathroom has a separate toilet/shower room. The master bedroom is adjoining to the bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Next door, is the complex’s private wellness facility offering an indoor salt water pool, hot tub, sauna and a small fitness room. There are restrooms,changing rooms and showers available. Take a refreshing morning swim to get your day started right. The key fob will open the door. Please be aware that the pool is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and is closed on Mondays for cleaning from 9:00 to 4:00. Access to the pool or other facilities are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if the facilities are unavailable during your stay.
Across the Lakeside Drive, is a lovely private walking path around the two small lakes. It is a wonderful place for a morning jog or relaxing evening walk to unwind.
Across the courtyard is coin-operated laundry facility for your use. It is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The key fob will give you access.

Please be aware that the condo is located on the third floor of the complex. There is no elevator and is not handicapped accessible.
