Waterfront Home, with an amazing view of the Caloosahatchee River, this beautiful South-facing property is a dream, quiet, on a dead-end road in the prestigious Cornwallis Subdivision.

- RIVERVIEW (w/ GULF ACCESS!) - POOL - DOCK - GRILL -

Enjoy the sun with Southern exposure. Located on the corner of the Caloosahatchee River and a Gulf Access Canal, with only a 2-mile drive to restaurants, bars, stores, a fitness center, and less than 6 miles to the popular Yacht Club Area. The gorgeous Pool has an electrical heater. The lanai has it all – Gas Grill, cozy Dining, and lovely Sunbeds. Sitting on the Dock - fishing, relaxing, and watching nature and sunsets - lets you wish the vacation never ends. This modern, fully equipped Home includes brand-new appliances, and granite countertops to ensure luxurious inside living, with breathtaking sunrises on the River and sunsets on the Canal.

A car is recommended for most of the activities listed in the area.

Beautiful Property and Location

The property was beautiful and very comfortable - loved being on the canal with a view of the River and Sunrises/Sunsets. Would for sure stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the house for Christmas this year. It was so nice to be in a neighborhood, on a canal with a heated pool. We watched dolphins every day and cooked our meals every night. We felt right at home and hope we can visit again.

Pro: The stay way very relaxing. Nice remodeled home. Good communication with the property manager. Nice appliances, showers and mattresses. Quiet neighborhood with many shops and restaurants to choose from nearby on Del Prado. Cons: No bath soap, no replacement garbage bags, no outdoor TV and sound system was a bummer. Only 1 small glass oven cookware and a constant bug issue in the pool even after I constantly used the net to remove them. Maybe, updating the skimmer system will help. Overall, a very nice stay and we are looking forward to returning again. We love Cape Coral.

A tranquil piece of Paradise

Newly remodeled, modern and inviting. The dock and boat lift are great. Dolphins and Manatees swim by the property daily. Angelika was very professional, thanks!

Home is beautifully located on a canal just off Caloosahatchee River. Nestled into a lovely development of Cornwallis. Easy access to main roads that connect to many adventures throughout Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island. Landscaped with lovely mature Palm Trees and shrubs. Covered pool and lanai for many sunrise mornings, BBQ grill and bug free dining. Pool is heated with great view, but private. House has a fenced side yard with plenty for room to play with you pet. Interior has been nicely renovated to a large open room for families. Bathrooms are great with large open showers and plenty of water pressure. Kitchen is appointed with almost everything you need to prepare and serve meals with updated appliances.This is year 2 of vacationing here. The managing Agent, Angelika was attentive and provided anything we needed to enjoy a worry free stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The host was very polite and responded fast. Helped us anyway we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The view is amazing.
