We have worked with the City, and the neighbor is no longer blocking access to the dock. It still requires a smaller boat.

Wonderful place to stay. The location is ideal and the pool makes for a great relaxing time after the days activities. Enjoyed the king size beds and private bathrooms for each guest. Refrigerator in the down stairs area was also very convenient for pool snacks and drinks. Short walk to the Cabana Club and Havana jacks. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Key Colony Beach as we usually do. This home is located in a great spot and our boat trailer fit in the driveway along with the other cars. Down side to this property is that it's 3 floors and no bathroom down stairs, one on the main floor with the kitchen and two full baths upstairs with the laundry room. I mention this because it doesn't show in the pictures. The host was great and responsive. Nicely stocked kitchen too.

Boat Situation Terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wouldn’t recommend this property if you plan on having a boat. Parking of boat is nearly impossible at this property. Had to walk our boat in & out. Once neighbor showed up & dropped his boat, we could not get our boat out. Pool was 98 degrees. Not very pleasant to relax. Patio table was very dirty, couldn’t use it.

We apologize for the boat parking issue during your stay. The City has addressed the neighbor blocking access to this property's dock. It still requires a smaller boat, but it is much easier to access.

We were extremely happy with everything this unit has to offer and most likely want to stay here again next year. The 3 separate floors were convenient, along with the pool and boat dock accessible.
