With all the comforts of home plus an outdoor patio to enjoy that early morning coffee or that late evening drink with friends and family.

There are four condo apartments in the one-story building. Our beach house is perfect for grandparents because it is a single-story with no stairs to climb or enter. We offer an idea location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Ocean, just a 5-minute walk (or 30 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable.

Once you enter your beach home, you will be greeted by our newly designed granite countertop kitchen, fully supplied with dishware, pots, glassware and more importantly you everyday spices, ready for you to cook that great dish you have been meaning to do (or better yet dining in some of the great nearby rstr). Afterwards relax In our ample space living room, plenty space for the whole family watching those great films on our 60-inch TV. Or if the night beckons, relax outside on your own private patio, just relaxing and counting the stars. Or if you feel like you need some private downtime, we offer 40-inch streaming TVs in every bedroom. And if you have problems sleeping, our ceiling fans will gently relax you in a cool deep sleep.

We try to make your vacation as stress free as possible; including all bed linens, pillows, comforter, kitchen supplies, pot, pans, dishes and toiletries, (just bring your own towels).


FOR MAY, JUNE AND SEPTEMBER, WE ONLY ACCEPT A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM.

FOR JULY AND AUGUST, WE ONLY ACCEPT WEEKLY RENTALS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

4) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

5) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
