Enjoy a large heated pool and spa, challenge friends in the arcade room with a dedicated bar setup, or play a game of pool. The inviting living room is perfect for cozy movie nights, and each of the five bathrooms is equipped with hair dryers, bathtubs, and showers for your convenience.

Stay connected with AC and WiFi, and savor complimentary coffee from the Kuerig machine. The main bedroom also includes an entryway balcony patio for a serene retreat. Your El Paso escape awaits—make unforgettable memories in this delightful home!

ACCESS CODE
Your door code will be sent 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival, once we receive your Acknowledgment, guest count, and estimated arrival time. For same-day reservations or after-hours check-ins (5:00 PM - 6:00 AM), please call us to confirm your booking.
Example: "Acknowledge Rules 8 Guests, No Pets 4:00 PM"

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in (before 4:00 PM) is available for a $55 fee, which covers an additional cleaner to expedite turnover. The earliest available window is 12:45 PM - 1:15 PM. If we're unable to accommodate, the fee will be fully refunded.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Need a blow-up bed, Pack 'n Play, safety gate, or toddler high chair? Please request in advance -- same-day requests may not be fulfilled until the following day or may not be available.

POOL & SPA HEATING
Heating is available for $100/day and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in. Payment is required before the heater is activated.
- Pool: 85F | Spa: 100F
- Heater off: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM daily
- Summer (May - August) or when outdoor temps are near or in the 90s: Pool/spa heating unavailable
- Requests after arrival: $25 service fee applies
- Heat-up time: ~4-5 hours to reach above 80F

COLD WEATHER NOTICE
When outdoor temperatures drop below 50F, we cannot guarantee the spa will reach or maintain 100F.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
For same-day bookings made after 5:00 PM, we require an additional 90 minutes from your scheduled check-in time to fully prepare the home.

This house was listed as 4 bathrooms but it only has 2 and a half! The upstairs tub/ shower combo was clogged and would not drain. My husband arrived a day and half into our trip and had to fix it by snaking the drain. Because the property owner did not respond promptly enough. The house was not very clean. We had to wash the bath rugs etc in addition to finishing laundry that had been left in the washer and dryer. Many lightbulbs were burned out and yucky water left in coffee pot. One of the secondary bedroom tvs did not work well. In general this home needs more attention from the owner in cleanliness, minor repairs and small updates. My family really enjoyed the swimming pool and pool table.
